Pros (+) The receptionists were very nice.
Cons (-) Door lock was broken. It was in a bad neighborhood. Too many vagrants hanging outside of hotel. People came from the streets to use the pool. Looked like drug addict/dealer ideal place to interact. Not for families to stay.

Anonymous, Nov 2016 - La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Norfolk Virginia Beach
Pros (+) The staff was great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. plenty of hot water. The toilet was running mentioned that to the front desk and it was repaired in 10min. Conveniently located by 264, 20+ minutes to the beach.
Cons (-) The common areas were dirty. The elevator and the hallways smelled like smoke. The location is hard to get into, until you find out which parking lots connect and which ones do not. There is not much close by with that said in 10 minutes and you are in the "new down town"

Pros (+) Only a block from the beach and extremely dog friendly! The only think I didn't like was the spot right outside the checkin desk for dogs to use the bathroom. It was rocks so should be sprayed down due to the smell or just move the location. Not the smell I like walking past to walk into the hotel. Nice receptionist and cleaning staff. Good to quality for price

Pros (+) Block from the beach The breakfast was decent The employees were nice and helpful Small refigerator and microwave in room LCD TV with free movie channels Walking distance to grocery store Lots of things to do in the vicinity
Cons (-) The non smoking room smelled like it has always been smoked in The pull out sofa bed was worn out and dirty Mattress was lumpy The pool did not look appealing Felt ghetto but it was a good price for what there is to do around. It's on the north end of the strip It's just a place to sleep when there is so much to do outside I was disappointed though. Description when booking makes it sound like its...
