Pros (+) received a corner room on the 9th floor. We had a one bedroom, with two full baths. Sliding patio doors and windows all along two walls plus the kitchen provided up close views of Black Rock and Kaanapali Beach. Largest balcony/lanai ran the full two lengths of the unit. Staff very friendly, easy parking under our building.
Cons (-) Though the kitchens and bathrooms were completely upgraded, it took forever for the water in the shower to get warm.
Pros (+) The amenities and location can't be beat. The apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, there's a Safeway just a 10 min drive away and a mall next door with restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Free laundry option. Right by the beach, nice sand. Super friendly staff.
