Lake Elmo Hotels

We stayed for one week night. Room was clean. Had no problem with noise. Staff was friendly and of coarse the breakfast was great.

Location was great, easy access off 694, lots of restaurants and amenities near by. Staff were helpful and courteous, room was clean but average; would stay again for the price.

My only complaint are the sheets and towels were of lower quality

The beds are very comfortable and this hotel is located near plenty of places to eat and shop.

Location for our needs

Children running and SCREAMING in the public spaces at all hours. The management did nothing to stop it and the parents were as bad

Loved this place, was charming the whirlpool bath was fantastic. The breakfast was the best ive ever had, the fresh made muffins the crepes and my favorite tuscan eggs.

The pool deck was dirty and smelled.

The hot tub water was brown.

Clean, good value for the money.

Bed pillows were way too thick. I ended up pulling a pile of clothes out of ny suitcase to use as a pillow instead!

The pool was freezing and they didn't have the slide going. Some people take their family vacations during the week because that's when they can take off work.

The room smelled awful, was freezing or a sauna, fridge was broke and thumping, room smelled like Marijuana, breakfast was nearly gone when arriving at 830, loud guests. It was an awful experience

Price was good. Has kitchen for those who stay longer. Water pressure was awesome.

Smoking rooms. We got it late and checked it. Upon getting to our room we discovered that it was a smoking room. It smelled pretty bad. We were so tired and the front desk lady seemed irratated that we just settled with it.

The hotel clerk was very helpful and understanding of our situation and helped us out with many things.

We booked the wrong hotel, but we called in advance before we booked it to see if it was the right hotel and the telemarketer said that it was. It actually wasn't the right hotel. It was 20 min out of our way.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fitness room was very good.

The hotel is currently under remodel. It was a bit messy and I had to navigate around workers.

It is only 4 months old! The facility was spotless, modern, yet very comfortable and home-y. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was hot and had a great variety. Especially for someone who has a gluten free diet, there was plenty to choose from. Beds were comfy and clean. Thank you!

The hotel seemed to be clean and in fairly good condition, the beds were comfortable and it was a quiet location. The breakfast was above average with plenty of choices. The pool area was small though, and the chlorine was strong.
