Pros. Few steps from London bridge and shopping area, staff were nice and helpful, the hotel is more likely for adults not for families with young kids.
Cons. I didn't like the check in area where people were drinking, at first I didn't know it was the lobby and I thought it was the bar.
Cons. the band played well into the morning and very loud. We were not able to sleep!!! very annoying

Pros. I dont even know where to begin..the front desk staff was great. Checked us in in less than 10min and were very friendly. We stayed in the inferno suite and OMG COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY!!!! We had the best time..all we wanted to do was stay in the room and relax..we rented a boat and had a great time but it was just too hot so we decided to head back to our room and didnt want to leave. Bath tub, shower, bed, kitchen..EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!
