I was unable to travel due to Covid and I am STILL trying to get my $$ back. This is why it was poor. Been fighting with the online company I booked with and nothing but HELL.

Pros (+) close to attractions
Cons (-) Original room toilet wouldn't stop running. moved to another room. Dead bolt was missing and microwave oven was not working. Continental Breakfast was very basic. Staff was somewhat helpful but none the less it was a hassle. I only booked this room because of the high rating...was disappointed. It should have had half the rating and half as expensive.

Pros (+) Location was good, parking was convenient. Easy to get to room, no hassle check-in. Small but several breakfast options. Fridge in room worked well. Clean bathroom and shower. Okay bed. No homicides in the room next door (I'm looking at you, Havasu Inn).
Cons (-) Lukewarm spa, freezing pool. The circuit breaker for the lights was off in my room upon arrival, but they worked upon resetting it. Floor wasn't fully vacuumed. Multiple light switches that did nothing. Sofa bed mattress is probably the original and is older than sin.
