easy to find, right off interstate, economically priced sandpaper towels, uneven carpet in hallway, hallways smelled like stale beer, couldn't check in until after 6pm because rooms were not cleaned yet, one room key stopped working on 2nd day.
Nothing Location. Availability to check in after 1600 hours. Cleanliness. Lack of updates.

friendly staff We requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. For health reasons that was not good.
the location. yes, made my nieces and my allergies flare up from hidden mold and mildew. Too small of a room for toilet and bath tub. The two rooms i booked were not next to each other, which made me think my original rooms were given away after receiving call from
it was clean the bare bones ,not worth the money
I've already done a survey staff were awesome The guest were out of hand
Not much, but the woman at the front desk was friendly. This was the most outdated motel I have ever stayed in. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed was not very comfortable. The television was extremely fuzzy.
The woman at the desk, fealt comfortable from start.

Friendly staff Asked for a non-smoking room. Ended up with a smoking for the first night.
I booked the super 8 20 minutes before we arrived. check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom/shower was perfect for a quick rinse and to get ready in the morning. We could only get a smoking room and the smell stayed on our clothes after our visit.
The hotel was very close to the Mall of America, the airport and has a cross walk over to the Taco Bell across the freeway which was great! My friend and I also really liked that there was a bus route that stops at the front of the hotel and took us right to the convention center in Minneapolis for our conference! Pretty decent continental breakfast and comfy pillows! The room did not have a mini-fridge which did not help the fact that we had a fruit and veggie plate which went bad after a night or two. We were given the handicapped hotel room which was great for space but the shower handle did not stay put or hang high enough to use as a shower head. As well, the bathroom was not cleaned out very well and this room was right beside the freeway so every night my friend and I slept with ear plugs, which helped block out the sounds.
That it was pet friendly! The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The bed was too soft and actually felt like the mattress should be replaced :( It would be nice if the breakfast room could be left open other than at breakfast (with all the food, etc. put away of course), just so people have somewhere to sit and work or read, other than just their room.
The location of the hotel from Ikea and The mall of America. The room that was given to me was next to the elevator and whenever someone used it, it would make a sound which could be heard in the room which disturbed my sleep the whole night. Guests were smoking in the corridor and could smell it inside the room. Guests were washing clothes at night in the machine exactly opposite the room. We wanted to extend our stay in the hotel, instead we moved to another hotel. Staff was less bothered with the feedback given.
it was just OK nothing really special. Waited an hour for the airport shuttle for pick upoutside from the airport. Staff not very helpul.
Good location, gym on site, free breakfast, airport shuttle, friendly and courteous staff. The room I was assigned had bedbugs. I saw one crawling across my bed after a blood meal. I thought it was something I brought in my luggage at first and crushed it, but in the morning, I woke up with 20-some bites over my arms and chest. Looking back at reviews, there have been bedbug problems since at least 2011.
The location from the airport was good and they were able to accommodate our vehicle for the week that we were gone. The bed was way too soft and uncomfortable. We had our room right above the front door and heard all the traffic all night long. There was questionable activity in the hallway most of the night and into early morning.
Airport shuttle Noise, craftsmen hotel
Location Just about everything. I won't stay there again.
Absolutely nothing! They left my wife and I stranded at the airport for over an hour. Desk never told the driver. Hotel is ten minutes from the airport. Front desk staff not a people person. Do yourself a favor...never stay there.
All of the desk staff and Joey the van transporter!!! Very good!
The price and customer service 0
Location was great. Easy access to and from 35W. Staff were friendly enough. Room was clean, but older. The newer bed was fairly comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room. Newer TV...but no HD, so attempting to watch the news was horrible because it was so grainy. We stayed 2 nights and the second night our key didn't work. Pillows were terrible. There was no real fitted sheet on the bed. There were just 2 flat sheets. There was a horrible couch that took up a large part of the room. It was disgusting and very uncomfortable. I would have rather had a desk or table with a chair. There was a strange odor in the room. It smelled like cheap cologne. I did not like that sink was right next to the door and right in front of the bathroom. You had to move if someone was going in or out of the bathroom because the door swung out. Small bathroom counter. More space would have been preferred.
Clean rooms No breakfast options
Bathroom was clean AC wasn't working in our part of the building, poor internet quality and poor communication by staff. Rooms were dirty in general, but as mentioned, bathroom seemed clean.
