Small location so pick up and drop off are very easy. Friendly and helpful staff. It is off airport but they will pick you up and drop you off at the terminalCons:
The car could have been cleaned better - streaky windows in particular Because the location is small there is not much to choose from in terms of inventory Hours - the location closes at 5PM and if your flight is late you will miss them and have to go back in the morning10.0 Wonderful

Staff onsite was super friendly at the 30 Halawai locationCons:
Little confusing when booking online. Started with a Westin location, they told me the only office that had a Jeep was the “airport” location, which turned out to be right across the street from my hotel. They did phone the location and let them know I was coming. And, my car was not there, they went and got it and I was on my way10.0 Wonderful

The drop off was easy but it’s too far to get back to Lahaina Harbor so we had to get a taxi to get there.Cons:
Shorter distance to and from car rental would be better. We had to get a taxi to the car rental and back.8.0 Very good

We had to take a taxi there as the place at the Sheraton within walking was sold out. They were very very busy but shantelle did a good job of moving us through quickly and let us return it at the rental place within walking. The key drop.box was easy to find.Cons:
I understand they were busy, but they were unable to pick us up so we could get on our way so we had to pay a taxi.9.6 Wonderful

That we got a Chevy blazer instead of a Ford Focus and was able to return it to the airport.Cons:
No body answered the phone when we tried to get an Uber and couldn’t. Was told there was drop off service but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to take a bus and walk to her the car and after arriving found the person on her cell phone with no customers.10.0 Wonderful

Distance to car rental pickup is too far from Lahaina Harbor. We had to get a taxi to car rental and back to Lahaina Harbor.Cons:
