Pros: The staff were very accommodating. Ideal location for visiting Landshut we loved this hotel. Excellent breakfast and the Coffee and Cake was a thoughtful touch.

Pros: Landshut a delightful place to stay for a couple of nights before joining a River Cruise. Very clean hotel, as is the town, easy to walk around, with very interesting architecture.

Cons: The sign to the castle was misleading, much longer walk than indicated, but worth the view which you reach it!

Pros: Your breakfast buffet is wonderful with everything I enjoy eating. The location is ideally located to enjoy the city as well as to visit with my German family members who live close by.

Pros: The hotel is good. The location is perfect. It is in the hearth of Landshut. The breakfast was perfect. It is clean. The only complain is about the bed, wich is a little soft for my taste, but that is me. I like harder beds. Otherwise, perfect!

Pros: Beautiful quaint hotel...great food....cooking school and trainees are providing food service. Very friendly and cheerful wife of the chef.

Cons: The stairs! No elevator. Don’t like to haul luggage up to the floors. Desk personnel had no info on bike rentals or bike tours. We found this info on line. Location not anywhere near old town or train station.

Pros: The friendliness and professionalism of ALL staff were faultless every day. The rooms were spotless, large and exceptionally quiet. I Would recommend this hotel above all I have encountered in the 2 months spent traveling around.

Pros: The room we had (104) had a nice view on the back side of the Hotel, with the biergarten and the church tower. For a small fee (9 €) a parking space is available at the backside of the biergarten, what makes it easy to reach the Hotel directly from this parking. The breakfast is good and included in the price. The bathroom is well equipped. Wifii is perfect throughout the Hotel and the biergarten.

Cons: The restaurant is below expectation. The food is of low quality, and there is a imited choice. The place where it is served is not nice either (unless you can sit outside, but this depends on the weather). I would recommend to eat somewhere else in town. The room has no airco. It was uncomfortably hot. This had to do with the very warm days of July, but nevertheless it is Inconvenient. Opening the window to ventilate did not help. Although the outside temperature was nice and fresh during the night, the room remained hot for three days, as if it was heated by an inside stove.

Pros: The weather was hot and our room would have been very hot and stuffy but a fan was provided and that certainly helped.

Pros: Charming building with a stunning facade on one of the main streets. Good breakfast and lovely staff.

Pros: The hotel itself was beautiful. However, the room I had looked bigger on pictures than the one I had. I definitely believe I overpaid for the size of the room I had regardless the number of stars of the hotel.

Cons: It's in downtown but far from Landshut HBF. Also, the payment process didn't work out through the app when it showed confirmed so had to pay upfront which was a bit uncomfortable as I never carry cash with me.

Pros: We only ate the breakfast buffet and it was fine. Did not eat at the restaurant - got in too late and left too early the next day - but will be back! The location, for us, was perfect. The room was great but the bathroom was pretty small. Absolutely adored the Friday market! Wish I was at the beginning of my trip and not the end.

Cons: We were there in between seasons and I got warm at night and there is no air-conditioning or wasn't on. Could crack open the window and didn't figure out I could have actually opened it completely until the next morning, which would have helped a bit, cool down the room perhaps.

Pros: Nicely maintained and refurbished, very clean.

Cons: No internet access for my entire 2nd day there. I would not have stayed there a second night knowing the I WiFi would go down for 24 hours, despite multiple requests to fix it-most likely an easy fix, just do it! People have work to do and it is a big impact.

Cons: Church bells nearby went off early morning on a Sunday... Scaffolding outside the building, under renovation, so might be noisy during the week.

Pros: We arrived early on a non busy day, and were able to park, free, right outside front door. 10 min walk to train station and explore Bavaria with a Bayern Ticket (44 Euro total for 4 adults : 9am to 3 am unlimited train & public transportation) This is a modern hotel with a nice restaurant, bar inside and outdoor lounges. Much cheaper than staying in / closer to Munich. Convenient to old town Landshut, a beautiful old city with lots of cafes. Really good breakfast buffet.

Cons: The women did not like the window from the bed area into the bath, especially that the curtain was on the bedroom side of the windo.

Pros: This was the best place I have ever stayed at for money, friendliness, room and food. It was fantastic! First of all, the rooms are all redone - so the shower was brand new, and beautiful and the room was super clean and quiet and comfortable. A restaurant is right below at at about 9am people start coming but it's so wonderful because it sort of feels like you are at home and everyone has gotten up for breakfast because you can hear quiet murmurings downstairs and the smell of incredible food. I had breakfast every single day - it was a wonderful simple spread of soft boiled egg, cheese, meat, bread, OJ and the best coffee you have ever tasted. Wifi worked great. Lastly they bent over backwards to be kind to us. The last day I had to leave very early in the morning - they called a taxi for me, and made both me and friend who stayed there breakfast to go as the kitchen had not opened. I've never had anyone do anything like that! Each of our meals had two sandwiches, apple juice, an orange, a banana, and they made us coffee to go. I love this place and cannot wait to go again!

Cons: I picked this place because it was just 30 minutes away from Munich International airport -on our way back home to US it was more convenient then going back to Munich from Prague. But when we were trying to check out next morning (7:45 AM - not that early) - the breakfast was not available and it was nobody there - I did not know how to check out. Then the lady came in (luckly). But we did not talk about it in advance because we could not assume that it is too early.

Pros: It had charm which is mostly lacking in the larger modern "identikit " hotels. It's a family run / owned business which is reflected in the attention to the guest situation. Let's just say nothing to dislike as I had no complaints.

Cons: well ,one just tiny little wee grumble, Hotel could have a bit closer to the city centre, but what the heck I always need exercise. !!! . Not easy to move a whole building though, Although very handy for the Railway Station and auto route connections etc....

Pros: We were in apartment no 1. This is an excellent choice if you have children as they have a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. There is one bathroom with a bath tub. The hotel is very conveniently situated close to the Landshut Hbf (main train station). We used this hotel as our base for Oktoberfest and it was perfect as the price is much more affordable than staying in Munich and the train to Munich is only 50 mins. The staff are so friendly and helpful and speak good English. The breakfast is well worth the 5 euros per person as there is a great choice. The restaurant has authentic German food if you are looking for dinner options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location and free parking opposite the hotel. We did not pay 8 euros to use the hotel garage. It was only a short walk into town. The breakfast was good.

Cons: The building work inside the hotel meant you had to use the one lift available as the stairs were inaccessible and we had to wait as all the guests had to use the one lift too! The hotel bar was very expensive. Also the shower was over a deep bath and as I am short, I struggled to get in and out, especially when the bath was wet, it was very slippery!

Cons: I never rated down any visited hotels in the last 30 years. It was the worst 4☆ experience in my life. I booked a standard double room, but they checked us to an "economy" (I don't know what is that mean, as booking.com didn't listed such type). It was a nice corner room with view to Isar river, but with closed windows - if you open the window you can't sleep because of the noise. BUT you have to open otherwise it would be 30 degrees in the room with no air conditioning. There was a ventilator provided, which we know how helpful to decrees the temperature. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom. The design of the shower is awful, the water could not drained and in 3 minutes the whole bathroom was under water. The engineering did something, but the next day it was repeated again. I booked with a child (8) they told to my wife NO, it wasn't mentioned, but to me the receptionist said YES I know, so finaly we've get additional bedding and towels. The family friendly hotel's play room was dirty with wood spins on the floor, commented, the next day was the same! It might be other rooms in the hotel nice but never ever accept the room 317!!! We've stayed in this hotel many times about 20 years ago and we have good memories, that's why we choise it fir a short visit in the beautiful Landshut. But I'm affraid never again. It was not a 4☆ bat a 2/3 experience. I'm really sorry for that

Pros: Location is perfect, overlooking the old historic town. You only need to cross the bridge and you have a great choice of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Our room was very comfortable and clean and supplied with everything we needed. At breakfast there was a very good choice of hot and cold food.

Cons: At breakfast we couldn't get the attention of staff so ended up sitting at a table which wasn't made up or cleaned from previous guests. We were left standing around trying to work the coffee machine (which didn't work, we were eventually told that there was only filter coffee), and find cutlery, glasses etc. When we got the attention of the male server, he was rather unhelpful and bordering on rude. Not what I would call 4 star service!

Pros: Very fine breakfast, Nice and cozy hotel. Landshut is a very nice old city city. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy it so much. You should take the time to enjoy a beer or wine with a view to the water.

Pros: There was air conditioning on the room, which was the reason I booked this hotel. The mattress was firm enough. Breakfast had a sufficiently various, but still good quality and fresh sortiment. The location along the Isar and on the border of the old town is just perfect.

Cons: One of the bedside lamps was broken and flashed on and off. Had a hard time removing the hot lamp from the socket to stop the strobe to my eyes first thing entering the room. The lamp was headed up, like somebody would already have studied it but not fixed it. The shower holder was broken, another small but very annoying defect. The whole hotel is more or less in need of a restauration.

Pros: breakfast had wide choice of food and beverages. the room had a nice view on the parking so i could check on my bike whenever i wanted :) the bed was comfortable, there was tv and wifi and overall all the necessary for a short trip like mine (2 nights)

Pros: Special location at the end of a small island in the river. Great river-side views and breakfast room. Quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: A wonderful, cozy location, the room was basically a small suite with a living room and a bedroom, giving it windows to three sides which were all facing to see different parts of the water around, it being on an that beginning of an island between two arms of the Isar. Staff is very nice and welcoming, you get the whole Bavarian experience, and on top, the kitchen is excellent, serving traditional food on a very high level.

Cons: There is not a lot to pick out that left us unsatisfied. We didn't expect anything specific and everything we found was wonderful. I guess, for someone in a wheelchair it wouldn't be easy to get to the rooms, since it's a traditional old building with narrow hallways and a lot of corners, but apart of that, everything is perfect.

Pros: The location was really nice, right on the river. Even better, you can have breakfast outside in the morning sun. I had just come from the USA and was jet lagged, so this helped with jet lag quite a bit. Indeed, I will be coming to both Munich and Landshut on future trips. I will try to make sure to come to Landshut first, and stay in this hotel to help with jet lag. Also, the restaurant was nice with a decent selection of solid food.

Cons: The bathroom was really tiny. I'm only 6' tall and my knees BARELY fit there when sitting on the toilet. Not sure if all rooms were like this -- they don't seem to be all the same like a big chain hotel. (I was in room 16, I think, or maybe 15 -- at the end of the hall to the right upstairs).
