Pros: Incredible hotel, attention to detail and service was impeccable and the design of the rooms elegant but also highly functional and comfortable. Right in the middle of everything but with a quiet park across the street you feel a bit tucked away, we honestly spent more time in the room than we probably should have...!
Pros: Front desk staff were excellent,
Pros: In the heart of Vienna. There were 2 bedrooms in the apt, very comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful

Pros: Provided us with an early check in room which was a godsend after the redeye journey.
Cons: Front desk staff gave us the wrong information on the train station.
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Express laundry treatment is not "express" at all. There's no way to get laundry back the same day if deposited during the day. In my view that kind of service is essential for business travellers
Pros: Staff was very nice prime location and decent rooms
Cons: You have to pay €25 if you want to use the gym (per day)
Pros: The best rooma are the suites at the last floor
Cons: Had to ask for cleaning, which was done poirly and randomly.Room not ehat I bought , room service poir choices
Pros: Gorgeous hotel with beautiful design and excellent staff that go out of their way to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Great bar, excellent breakfast. The location could also not be beat - within walking distance from Vienna's main downtown attractions, shopping and dining. Highly recommended.
Pros: The hotel was nice, walking distance to amazing sites and good restaurants.
Pros: Service is excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect with easy acces to museums, metro
, resturants and shopping center. Breakfast is really good. Ambience is very nice. The bar has very good selection of drinks.
The Grand Hotel Wien is located in the heart of Vienna, Austria just steps from the State Opera House in Ringstrasse. The elegant hotel was built according to plans by renowned architect Carl Tietz and first opened it's doors on May 10th 1870. Guests at the time could enjoy such luxuries as a telegraph office, steam powered elevators, and 300 rooms with 200 fabulously appointed bathrooms. Johann Strauss even celebrated his 50-year jubilee at the hotel in 1894. In 1945 The Grand Hotel Wien shut its doors due to the occupation of Russian troops for 10 years and then to the International Atomic Energy Agency who used it for their headquarters until 1989. After a 100 million Euro renovation the hotel was reopened on July 14th 1994 with a total of 300 rooms and suites for guests to choose from. All rooms are equipped with antique furniture, flat screen TV, beautiful textiles, and large marble bathrooms with double vanities. The Presidential suite features a grand dining room with open fireplace, spacious master bedroom with a canopy bed, large living room with balcony, and a marble bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub. Guests have 7 dining options located in the hotel which offer 24-hour room service. Diners can enjoy a variety of cuisines including Arabic, Japanesse, and traditional Vinasse. Unkai features Teppan-Yaki grills as well as a traditional Kimono service. Le Ciel has been awarded a Michelin star and affords guests a roof top view of Vienna. Yalla features shish kebabs and freshly prepared shawarma sandwiches right from the grill. The Grand Hotel Wien has a glittering past with 140 years of tradition and luxury.
Cons: Everything was choreographed and perfect.
Pros: Superb location. Concierge helped us get tickets to see sold out Bruegel expo. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars
Pros: Rooms are fairly large for European standards and the location is great. The bed is fairly good and the bathroom game is strong.
Cons: Found the overall staff service to be lacking. Concierge typically jumps at opportunity to provide service/advice but not here. For the most part, the hotel bars and restaurants are over-hyped and completely over-priced with much better alternatives just a few steps away (both quality and price). Smell of stale smoke hits you just as you enter the building - thanks to a smoking lounge conveniently located on the second level. Hotel wifi is a total joke and not to be relied upon. Hotel includes restricted wifi with your room rate and asks ridiculous payment for slight improvement. In my experience even budget accommodations provide this service infinitely better. Overall, this is a stuffy hotel situated for the stuffy traveler. Sounds of enjoyment or laughter are non-existent in common areas, which speaks volumes. Call yourself luxury, and pay for memberships in luxury hotel associations all you want - it doesn't make it so.
With a stay at Motel One Wien-Hauptbahnhof in Vienna (Favoriten), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Belvedere and Secession Building. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Located across the street from the main train station, all of Vienna is just minutes away. Rooms are small but not restrictive.
Cons: I enjoyed being close to the train station to get to the airport easily without paying higher rates to stay close to the airport.
SO/ Vienna is so lively, expressive and energetic that even experienced travelers are constantly fascinated. The playful and consciously deliberately rebellious interpretation of luxury makes it a dazzling addition to the local hotel scene. Award-winning cuisine and an impressive view over Vienna are part of the "Just Say SO" Service. Download the app for convenient access to ACCOR World.
Pros: The location and view of Vienna. Shops, restaurants, and museums are a walking distance from the hotel. The view of Vienna and its surrounding communities is great, especially the sunsets and sunrise. The staff and rooms were great too.
Pros: It had a hip modern vibe and the room felt up to date, new and fresh. The view from the rooftop bar was incredible!
Cons: My husband said that his side of the bed was on an angle and leaning downwards. The all white room was a bit of a shock upon entry but it was very comfortable.
Pros: front desk receptionist very authentic hot bath water, comfortable bath tub interesting floor in room - no carpet, that's good minimalistic design makes a change
Cons: room service entering despite no disturb sign (delivery of extra towels took about 20 min) quite loud ventilation you could hear other rooms flushing the toilet the service in the bar is chaotic
Pros: We stayed at the Sofitel on our honeymoon. The entire staff went above and beyond in welcoming us and making it a very special three days. The hospitality and service were wonderful. And of course the location and view of Vienna cannot be matched!
Pros: The sky lounge is wonderful
Pros: contemporary, clean, lots of amenities, complementary water and juice, free internet, close to u-bahn station (schwedenplatz) and short walk to center of city
Cons: room was bit small and layout was awkward for those used to american hotels.
Pros: Cool bar, very nice staff
Cons: Sticky furniture, Plastic degraded, supposedly will be renovated next year.
Pros: It was lovely hotel, modern rooms, amazing river view, smiley, friendly, helpful staffs, they did upgrade my room, thanks for all staffs.

The 25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier plays with the dreams and sensations associated with the world of the circus. From the museum district to the Prater, the Opera Ball, the Life Ball and the city's many music venues, Vienna has always been synonymous with sensations and shows. The hotel symbolises the tradition-steeped institution that is the circus. It is surreal, surprising and sexy; a place that plays with fantasies and the exotic. The lines between imagination, reality, space and time are blurred.
Pros: The location. Within the walking distance of the city center.
Cons: There were no closets in ouf room. Also, the entire hotel runs on one HVAC system. Therefore, either the HVAC is setup for cool OR heat.

Pros: Cloase to wverything
Pros: Next to the tube station.
Cons: The hotel did not provide the airport shuttle service as mentioned in the booking. I made my booking considering shuttle service to the airport. I showed them booking with shuttle service they flatly refused. I had to pay 30 euros for taxi to airport.
