Seemed nice at first glanse, some staff were good. Nice pool in basement. Don' ge caught! They say it cones with breakfast like most normal restaurants; It does NOT. MANY other customers were offended by this (including the tables all around us). Felt nickel & dimed, humiliated. We complained and they made it up to us by throwing in breakfast (as advertized), but one guy at the front desk tried to stand by his guns, insisting that they made it clear on their website (ie that the customer was wrong).... Went back and checked.... Kayak had nothing about no breakfast, and Sheraton Bucks County had FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED -falsely. Felt so sorry for the guy at the table next to us who was a returning vet & also got duped by them-- except he jus coughed it up and got ripped off by them. He also mentioned that the discriminated against him as a returning war veteran by offering him a more expensive price if he said he was a vet. When he complained the said it was just how it is.
Friendly staff I didn't like that our reservation was never booked, whne we arrived and were forced to stay in a smoking room.
Room looked newly updated. Friendly front desk staff. Hot tub was out of order. Pool looked dirty.
nice facility, nice hotel, but small restaurant, breakfast was hugely expensive, no menu, room was empty. (food was good but overpriced).
Staff was very friendly. There was a problem between Booking.com & Sheraton where the hotel did not have the reservation, the staff handled everything and worked it out. I was very impressed. None
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very close to Sesame Place. Free parking! There was no fridge in the room and it costs 20$ to have it included.
location Doesn´t look like a Sheraton Hotel...
The hotel as wonderful. They accomodated me when booking.com did not put through my reservation even though the hotel was full.
Loved the room, very comfortable and clean. Loved that they provided shaving cream and a loofa sponge, nice touch There was no coffee pot in the room.
Room heater didn't work, we were not accommodated for it. Also places like that should include breakfast.
Staff was very friendly and the location was great. Overall we were very comfortable there. The pool was warm and the gym was clean. Pool and dining areas were small.
The place is conveniently located near Sesame Street Place which was the reason why we choose it. They do offer a shuttle to and from the park which is a huge benefit. They don't have a continental breakfast anymore. Which is rough since their coffee bar is really expensive and when you have little kids the "fancy" food isn't really what they will eat. The other complaint I have is with the shuttle. While it is useful and does provider transportation to and from the park there were times the shuttle didn't show up for like 15-20 minutes. This is really bad since the shuttle is only going half a mile to and from the hotel.
Location, convenience, price.
The place was not clean. Upon checking to our room the bathroom floor was covered with black marks, the tub along with toilet seat were dirty. The hotel could have been a lot more cleaner.
we asked for non smoking but the room smelled of smoke. we are fron the country so the two stinkbugs walking on the ceiling did not make us ask to change the room but ---- we like this location because our children live in the area. We will probably consider holiday inn at Christmas time. frank
Location was convienient to Sesame Place and local restaurants. Room also seemed slightly larger than other Red Roofs I've stayed in. First room offered smelled of cigarette smoke.
People at the desk were very helpful and we were treated very well. I would recommend the hotel to families and to any one that wants to have a person on the receiving end.
Super clean room and friendly and helpful service. Very congested traffic in surrounding area.
It was in very close proximity to Sesame Place. The room was very small (king standard) and there wasn't anywhere to put our twins' pack n plays without causing a fire hazard or climbing over the bed to get to the bathroom etc. The rate seemed high for this small of a room without any amenities.
Nothing It was supposed to be smoke free, but our room reeked of stale smoke. There was only one small cake of soap provided to use for both the sink and the shower. The only kleenex provided was one of those tiny travel packets a woman can carry in her purse. Supposedly, it was to be wifi equipped, but we were unable to connect to the internet, There were flies and gnats in our room. In short, there was absolutely nothing enjoyable about our stay at Red Roof and it will be a very long time before we book a room with Red Roof or Kayak again, if ever.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a strong musky, or smoke smell, it's a little hard to place. I thought maybe I was imaging it but when I got home all of my clothes still had the smell.
It was close to where my daughter was to have surgery not as clean or luxurious as I expected from a Red Roof Inn
The location. They had no idea what the reserved price through Booking.com was. It was like I did not have a reservation. I actually had to sign in to their computer to prove the price I reserved the hotel! I still don't know if I even received the hotel unit that I requested or if I got the base unit since the price was lower than the going rate.
The place was very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights since we went to sesame place, it was small but we didn't have a problem, my daughter and husband loved it as well I didn't like the scent as much, it smelled like old cigarettes. They should use febreeze & I didn't like that the fact that we had a standard room it didn't come with a mini fridge or microwave
Bathroom was dirty!!
It was pretty dirty. The first room smelled of smoke. The second room we stayed in was dirty. We won't be staying here again.
Initial room was freezing! Had to change rooms!
Not much Major renovation in progress. Dirt on floor, stuff strewn about hall ways. Guy was on the elevator and we were complaining about not being informed this was going on. Asked if he was part of it and he said no. Then saw him the next morning directing the construction crews. We reserved a King, got a room with two queens. Staff was nice enough.
