Beautiful and comfortable room. Cigarette smoke in the casino was the only downside ... it was everywhere.
The only thing I don’t like is that smoking is allowed in the casino- but that’s allowed just about everywhere in Las Vegas. Otherwise- it’s a gorgeous property and the spa is one of the best I have been to, ever.
Pros. Winning. Comfy bed. Bathrooms. Staff
Cons. Many people went without masks and got looked over by staff. But they did the best they could. Just thought the people were insensitive that’s all
Pros. Rooms at Encore are awesome, nice personal touches, excellent service, and the restaurants we ate at were all amazing.
Cons. Registration lines can get long depending on when you arrange but that seems to be pretty common in Vegas.
Pros. Hotel room, lobby, pool, gym, clubs and security.
Cons. Wifi is the worst thing ever, resort fee is a bit much.
Pros. My 1st time staying there. Very satisfied - rooms are large, clean and with modern amenities. Everything is controlled from a head unit next to the bed, convenient. Large number of drawers for things. Bathroom is big, with shower and bath, pick your thing. Service is great as well. Will be happy to stay there again.
Pros. Nothing give me back my money
Cons. Excuse me, your company stole my money and did not let me i to the room because of a technicality, I paid on my card, my girlfriend's name was on the reservation because it asked for a second name, and they said they could not match nor refund me, This is theft, it is a ridiculous policy and I am owed my full refund, I already know the response, "I understand and I'm sorry" like that makes it ok, I need a refund, you should feel ashamed of yourselves, A simple naming issue that can be fixed at any time, Your system is clearly designed to confuse and screw the consumer, Anything less than a 100% refund means you are terrible people who steal money, Thank you, Tyler Parker
Pros. The location, events and activities are all here and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the great service and hotel.
Cons. The service at the pools could have been more available. We had to hop over to the bar every time we wanted something and we would have ordered more if there were more servers coming around the pool to take orders.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Our flight was canceled so we could not get to the room and Amoma, which I never heard of and only booked because I trusted Kayak, will not work with us about a credit or refund. I made a mistake trusting these sites to be honest with their business practices. Please learn from my mistake and do not give them your business.
