The rooms were very clean on the first day. Our 2nd and 3rd day room service never came.
Rooms were not cleaned daily, the pool was at occupancy all 3 days so we didnâ€™t get to go. We were changed resort fees everything was closed. Worst Vegas trip ever.
The best part of the stay was definitely the location
The pool situation was ridiculous I waited outside at 8:45 AM just to be told I would be put on a waitlist and was never called this happened two days in a row and ruined my experience. The main reason why I chose this casino is for the pool

The room was dirty. The pool was closed on the first day, the second day the pool didnâ€™t open till noon. When we attempted to swim on Wednesday theyâ€™d send a text to get entry into the pool we never got a text. Did get to use the pool the wh
