Good location. Easy access. Quick check-in using the kiosk. Comfortable bed, nice size room with a refrigerator.
Internet speed is too slow for working. Water pressure is low. Cannot get the receipt copy in email. I need to ask from the reception desk.
Officially my favorite hotel on the strip... I wanted to try a different hotel an du just say I definitely noticed the difference... Yes atypical casino but I didn't feel bombarded or suffocated. Maybe I got lucky. My room was perfection (sure a few random Knicks and bruises around but no to be upset about...) The view was stunning. (had the high roller view) and the staff was friendly. Perfect location to. The stripand surrounding hotels... The monorail was super convenient not hard to get to. I will for sure be staying here more, if. The price permits. Reasonably priced parking also made me appreciate it more. Thank you.

View of a wall outside our window. Reserved a king non smoking, got two double beds. The line was so long at the front desk that it wasn’t worth going down and complaining. So we just dealt with it. The time share salesmen hound you every time you go through the lobby. It got old. The pool is very nice but closes at five.
Location is everything
Location of the resort is perfect. In the thick of it all. Stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms. Decor was sharp and clean. The tv was a huge 55’ flat screen. The check out was quick and easy when done on the television. Their casino itself is a good size. Variety of different slots and table games were good. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows.
The bathroom was in need of some deep cleaning in the shower. n. The bathroom shower needed to be cleaned a bit better. The bottom grout was in need of some of some bleach. Was a little surprised that almost every I walked down the hallway and the cleaning staff was making there rounds at least one of them was on their phone text or something. The towels were a bit rough on the skin.

The location is great and walking distance to a lot of the best stuff on the strip, the pool party was really fun, the room was clean and had modern furnishings with lots of outlets/USB charging ports, the housekeeping staff was very friendly, and overall very satisfied with our stay there.
I made my registration through booking.com/KAYAK, paid $800+ and apparently booking.com only paid the Flamingo $300, so the hotel made me pay the remaining balance that I had already paid to the booking site. Not their fault, but I feel the hotel could be more helpful in securing their payment from the site, instead of inconveniencing the customer by making them pay twice.
It was 75 degrees in my room and would not get colder. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it, that person never came. It was cooler in the hallway than in my room. Very uncomfortable considering it was above 105 degrees my entire time in Vegas. I paid for a different room on Sunday and it had better air. Still disappointed in the overall quality of stay.
When trying to check in on the 5th of July, their computers were down, but no one was coming around to explain why the line was so long and why it was taking so long. When I was checking in, I asked should I start checking out now, since it took almost 2 hours to check in. The lady said I could check out via the television in our room. Tried that the next morning at 0900 and that didn’t work either. Had to get in line again to check out. The computers were working, but they didn’t have enough staff to assist the customers checking in or out. This was my first time in Las Vegas and the Flamingo. It will also be my last. Some advice, get more customer service representatives and train them to actually assist their customers. I had just drove in from San Diego, I and my family were tired and this was not what we were expecting. I am sure there were many other customers who felt like we did.
Check in line over 1 hour long, I left without checking in.
Great location. As far as the hotel it’s self. U definitely get what u pay for. Overall I would stay here again.

The A.C. Kept turning off and room NEVER got to my desired temperature. We called maintenance who came to fix it, but still did not work. Very disappointing.
