4.0 Mediocre
It is a four season. So the basic was good: clean room, decent staff. The amenities were very limited and coffee shop was a joke. It took 30 min to get a coffee on a Sunday morning. Location was off center. So overall, not an impressive four season stay.
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Outstanding hotel, a sanctuary away from the activity on the Strip and casinos. Great gym, delicious breakfast in the Veranda. Super friendly staff, concierge (Marama) was absolutely top-notch - we learned that Post Malone had cancelled after we arrived and she immediately jumped to it and found us great seats at the Criss Angel show. Can't recommend the Four Season in Vegas highly enough!
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Room was great, staff wonderful & love that it's not part of the casino!
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:This was an amazing hotel with a great staff. I think this may be my favorite hotel we have stayed in.
Cons:Nothing. It was close to perfect.
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Room & bed was very comfortable & well appointed. Beautiful hotel, wonderful art & the gym is great!
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The beds are amazing and we love that the hotel does not have a casino and truly feels like a resort. Rooms are really comfortable, feel luxurious and the staff super helpful. Gym and spa are top-notch and Veranda restaurant is great for breakfast.
7.4 Good
Pros:Overall, a very comfortable stay
Cons:Elevators require a key to operate - that function worked flawlessly only half the time. They charge you for $150 per night for "incidentals" at check-in, without notice, so make sure you're a one-percenter. Location sucks, too.
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:I have a client been going to Las Vegas for 15 years and this is the first time I ever stayed at the four seasons and seem to try new hotels every trip but I will never try any hotel any longer because the four seasons is my new home. The staff took such good care of me from the minute I arrived at the door to the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere I went I felt like a king.
8.2 Very good
Pros:Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful
Cons:The restaurant and room service food are mediocre. We ate at the onsite restaurant and ordered the special which turned out to be a dried out tasteless piece of breaded veal. I asked for anchovies on a ceasar salad and it arrived without them. Since the hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay, there are many alternative bettter meal choices.
5.7 Fair
Pros:The room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable
Cons:The quality of the experience and service was poor. The staff was poorly trained-- it definitely did not feel like four seasons level service. I later learned that it is a franchise and they operate quite differently from the other hotels.
