We liked everything about the rooms - they were clean and fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The only thing we had issue with was the presentation we were led to believe was mandatory. It was basically a sales presentation, but we’re already owners.
Pros Great location, clean, and comfortable rooms. Easy and friendly check in/out, main strip is a short walk. Overall a good value Cons Shuttle inconsistent, cable/wifi out for a day, cafe poorly managed and tiki bar may or may not be open. Non of the cons are problematic if you have your own transportation or don't mind taxis.
Pros. Everything. Best place for groups and the amenities are amazing. Second time staying here and It won’t be the last!
Cons. Pricing for doing a later check out. WAYYY too steep
Pros. It’s close to the strip.
Cons. Fridge took forever to get cold and ac in the room was working poorly.
Pros. Very spacious, nice kitchen, large bathrooms, clean, staff very friendly, good value, no hidden resort fees
Cons. Not much natural light, a bit of a walk to the strip, a bit forceful about attending their timeshare talk
Pros. Friendly & helpful staff.
Cons. Check out time was too early
Pros. The room and facilities were beautiful and very comfortable.
Cons. The staff was very pushy and intrusive. I didn't realize this was a timeshare property and didn't appreciate them trying to get us to buy into their timeshare. We got tricked into a meeting with them and what was supposed to be a brief meeting turned into a waste of 2.5 hours of our time! I had to explain over and over again why I was not interested in a timeshare. I didn't appreciate the aggressive way they tried to get me to agree and then the intimidation act when it finally became clear that I wasn't going to buy in.
Pros. The location to the strip, the pool, the free parking.
Cons. All of the staff we interacted with were snotty, rude and lacked customer service. With the exception of the bell boy (at 2 AM when we checked in) & the pool towel staff. They were super friendly and helpful. They need to be promoted. The rest of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. And the timeshare staff/sales people are arrogant and rude. We did not do their presentation, but we stayed in the tower where their offices were, so we had to go in and out through the waiting area for the attendees. The salesmen couldn't even say excuse me or get out of the way when we would pass through the lobby. Tacky, sleezy salesmen. Yuck! We will NOT stay here again. Not worth the price.
Pros. The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Great room size, location to the strip with shuttle access to harrahs. If you bear the timeshare pitch (the pitch was to hear a pitch about timeshares) which wasn't really all that bad, this is the place for you.
