Cons (-) I did not make the trip due to a family emergency. I was charged full amount even though I never checked in and then was asked how my stay was.

Pros (+) Beach is nice and maintained. Buffet was surprisingly better than I remember.
Cons (-) Check-in is a circus. They have manned self check-in machines they make you get in line for. Of the five people in line, the machines worked for zero. Then they make you get in another line only to wait even more while they help 4 diamond/platinum guests per 1 in the regular line. The registration clerk could not find my reservation. Cons (-) Beds were hard, back pain sucked for the drive home. Coffee pot in room would have been nice. A room not by the diesel generator that they started and woke me up 8:00am.

Cons (-) Express Check-In Kiosk, little confusing and turns out it will get you to opt-out on house cleaning. Means the maid won't clean your room.

Pros (+) did not stay due to extremely high cost for very small dog.
Cons (-) Very high cost for pet friendly room. Was informed at check in that they require a min of $75 per day, non refundable. The room rate was $30 plus additional $75 was unacceptable, so we cancelled the reservation and will never stay at their property.

Cons (-) We arrived before the 4 pm ckeck in and inquired about checking in early. Was told no early check ins allowed. In fact the rooms were not ready until after 4:30. The pool on Saturday was closed for a private party. The rooms were comfortable but out dated. Would not stay at facility again.

Cons (-) Dirty rooms. Ceilings had dust and found bugs in wall. Had to be moved twice. The first tower we were put in the rooms smelled like urine.
