Clean place with all the table games. No room service. We wanted breakfast in bed and they didn't have an option for that. Very disappointing!
The beds The staff very unprofessional, Acted like they were being put out of there way, both at the front desk and the Outback, When spending the extra money for a river view, you get a parking lot view but it you walk to a side window you can see the river, nothing like the picture they show...

THE BUFFIE WAS NOT GOOD
The river view was good, beds were comfortable. Toilet barely flushed. Shower didn't drain, had to turn off the water when lathering up and then turn back on to rinse off several times to avoid standing in dirty water. Would take about 15 minutes after complete for excess water to drain after showering.
The room was clean & updated. The mattress was super comfy. Buffet: the breakfast items I chose were not good. The scrambled eggs were swimming in "egg liquid". I carefully scooped from the top to avoid having egg soup. -- I loved that there was an option for chicken fried steak, but it tasted really bad. -- the cheese blintz' were hard and cold. On the bright side, my potatoes were edible. Bar staff: I love video poker and visited both bars. The bartenders at BOTH were super slow (not at all crowed at the time of day I sat down). i can handle slow, but I was super dissatisfied with their lack of friendliness and personality. Casino area: the carpet needs replacing. Bad! Even with all the colors and intricate design, I could see how dirty it was. It also seems to be falling apart. Valet: we waited 70 minutes for our car! Yes, 70 minutes!!! Drive the extra 1.5 hours and just go to Vegas.
Clean room. I inquired about pet accommodations ahead of time as I was traveling with my cat. I was told.to.just ask.for a pet room at check.in. I did say my pet was a cat. Once I arrived to check in a few days later, I was told cats are not allowed entry into the hotel, only dogs are permitted. This was unexpected and caused me undue stress. The hotel needs to update their pet friendly statement to DOG FRIENDLY instead as its highly misleading. I was very upset that because Laughlin is not easily accessible to get to, after traveling for 13 hours, I was too tired to fight about it or even seek another hotel that would accept a cat. I ended up putring my cat in the moving truck cab for the night. My poor kitty was freaked out that I left him alone all.night long inside a vehicle. Wasnt too pleased with the hotel because of this one factor. Everything else was fine.
the pools and the beach and the buffet the resort fee of $11.20 per day and the casino walk doesn't reach Harrah's so makes it difficult to walk to the other casinos

The buffet and the casino I arrived and my room and the room next to mines which happened to be my cousins were both flooded the bath room floors were soaked I tried calling the front desk and no one answered I had to walk down to complain and even then the girl helping me looked like w deer caught in head lights
Food and staff Bathroom dirty. Saw a cockaroach in my room. The pool was dirty. No lifeguard at pool. Kids jumping in the pool. Long wait to check in and out. Arcade very outdated.
The check in was extrenely difficult. We booked multilpe rooms and addressed each room with a different name so everyone can go the check in for themselves. And once we were there they needed the person who did the booking to check in all other rooms and the person was no where near. We showed i.d , c.c info, confimation # , and had them speak with that person but would not allow us to check into OUR OWN ROOM WITH OUR NAME ON IT. We waited 3 hrs in the lobby till the other person arrived.
Check in went well. They did accommodate us near others that were staying there also. This mainly reflects on Kayak. When we booked the ad had said it included 2 buffet breakfasts. There was no record of that on the hotels registry. Kayak acted as if we were telling a lie. Said no such offers. If you look it up it is all over there site. No one helped us. I sent letter to kayak with pictures of their site offering this. No response.
Riim was dirty I steped on a nail house keeping skipped our room so it was dirty nevet got cleaned manager didnt care he just said sorry It was dirty and there eas a nail coming out of the floor i steped on it

Runaway boat/triler hit my car due to an angled garage parking area, at a minimum they need to post signs saying beware of runaway boar trailers.

Loved the room and bed - very spacious The staff - especially check in - extremely slow. Had many people standing in line - and it didn't appear to bother them at all. It was nearly a half hour to get checked in.
Close to regatta Dirty lamp shades, comforters, the floors look horrible. The walls are pepto bismo pink and the carpet a old. No continental breakfast. The cleaning crew is poor. This was bout the same as a motel 6 without the light kept on.
The Beds and pillows were comfy in my opinion I slept really well. the staff was good about cleaning the room and making sure we were stocked. alot of the staff were friendly when I had questions and answered me honestly. Overall between my pros and cons my stay was good and fulfilled most of my needs. No free wifi for room (thought the ad listed it did for rooms) Elevators constantly needing fixing during my stay. (but they attended the needed repairs asap so can't complain) Wish I didn't have to walk so far to get to the front desk from my rooms i felt like they were a bit far compared to many other places i've stayed at.

Friendly, helpful employees--from the gentleman in security with the impressive moustache to the nice young lady at check-in to the friendly room attendant. Room was fine for the price--comfortable mattress & adequate lighting. Room seemed very clean other than a few stains on hall carpeting. [I stayed after a major event, so it probably takes a bit of time to implement the clean-up throughout the entire property.] Nice variety of dining options available; parking garage (no extra fee) is included. The pool area is great. I didn't try WiFi. I prefer an in-room mini refrigerator for my water, but I know casinos rarely offer them. I didn't notice a health club, although the pool is great.
While most people stay to go.to the casino, this place is also a great place for boaters. Ample parking, good food, and clean comfortable at a good price. Get a free VIP card for good food deals. Older property, so gets smoky.
Great value, nice beds renovated rooms. Not used to being around so many smokers. Yuckkkk!
Still a great place for little cost. It was a weekday night so it was pretty quiet. I will always recommend this place What I didn't like this trip was the hot tub was closed. I go to this place so frequently they have to do maintenance sooner or later. So I wouldn't hold it against them.
The staff were friendly and helpful Too many problems with the room. Eventually had to change rooms due to numerous plumbing problems. Bed very uncomfortable and rooms not nice at all for being recently remodeled.
The price. The location. The pool. The drinks. The food. And oh yes, the price. Nothing. Exactly what I expected for a November weekday night. Nobody there except the older snow birds. I had the pool and hot tub practically all to myself.
Casino was fine but rooms could use some updating. Need to get better shower heads and extra covers...Get rid of the popcorn ceilings. Better attention to details.
Another great stay! Had my younger children with me. Everything went well. I really have nothing bad to say about this stay. I liked everything. What could be better is more pool furniture. It's hard to use the pool when you have to sit on the ground. I'm just not sure if it's really justified. When I stay in the winter months there are few people in the pool.

What we liked about our rooms, as we traveled with young kids including a one year old, is that our rooms smelled clean and we didn't get the hint of cigarette smoke smell as we did at another hotel. Cleanliness is always important but not everyone gets it right to the air. We were in a non smoking area and that helps.
I had my wedding on the Riverfront boat and it was amazing. The staff was excellent and so was the office staff. That was about the only thing my husband and I liked. We also went through Riverside for group rooms for our wedding party and I was very disappointed. The rooms were not even together on the same floor or even in the same tower as which that was not explained to us. Had we known we were going to be all separated from one another we would have booked elsewhere. As we had family and friends traveling from out of town to be with us this made it a huge inconvenience. The rooms were filthy and the smell was horrible. Such an embarrassment. We will not be staying here again and I'm sure neither will our guests.I will definitely not be recommending this hotel especially for a wedding.
One maintenance man was the only staff that actually cared about customer service. disgusting rooms, Dirty towels left on the floor no sheets on the bed! our reservations were not as requested then we had to move rooms three times with small children, our stuff seemed out of place in the room and when we looked a credit card gold ring and cash had been stolen! We had the only keys to our rooms! No refrigerator unless you request early and it s $10 per day fee. After calling security to report the theft we called the management they Said they could not help in any way! Because we called security they say the now they have no control! Even though this was a manager I was speakingThe were not willing to comp anthying not food, boat tickets, arcade tickets, movie passes, bowling or even any one of our four night stay!

The casino is great! Gives you many options to choose from. The indoor and outdoor activities are plentiful and the customer service was beyond perfect. My family whom stayed in harrahs were amazed at the great customer service offered here. NA

I originally went for the Mountain view room, since it was a lot cheaper. The hotel employee were really nice and courteous, they gave us a river view for no charge in the North tower. The hotel room was very nice, better than I expected. I had an awesome trip, even rented a couple of jet skis.

The rooms seemed a bit bigger and the bathroom was nice and clean We loved the non smoking tower and section in the casino!!!
The staff were good very helpful and nice. I didn't like that there was nothing good to eat late at night at least a Mcdonald or Jack in the box. Didn't like that you had to leave the card in and charging 2 dollars for room key not good.

Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Casino has a good variety of games. Great entrance with a tropical theme. Beverage manager needs to look into the variety of beers. Beer selection was very poor and no draft beer (there is draft beer in the restaurants). Casino has low ceilings which keeps the smoke confined.
Pretty good disco, food selection good had bubba gumps and deli, ok workout room, nice river access was not able to use the luggage cart, required to use bell hop, can of coke $1.75 ??? charged us for refrigerator used for medication at $10 per day.
We visited friends for a night and felt the xtra 20 dollars was worth it. Thanks for taking care of us.
Casino staff was excellent. Most of the dealers were fun and entertaining. Will return to the tables but might not stay there again. After being gone all day our room was not cleaned. The next day the beds were made and nothing else was cleaned. On our third day finally the sink and toilet was cleaned. Only one light bulb worked in the room.

Our room wasn't made up on our last night there. Not happy when we got back at about 8 pm & our room hadn't been made up...towels not replaced, etc. called housekeeping & we waited over an hour before anyone came to fix our room. Very frustrating as this day was our 54th wedding anniversary!!
We liked the fact it wasn't crowded. Maybe that was a sign we should have picked up on sooner. My biggest complaint was our room. When we checked in we were given the wrong room and had to ask to be moved. The new room was on the second floor and tub was extremely slow to drain, the toilet ran all day and night and the drain in the sink made very strange noises when draining. In addition, we could hear the people above us when they would walk around.
Liked the cleanliness, the brightness, updated décor. Visited all but one of the casinos and this by far was the nicest. Would stay there again and recommend to friends and family. No fridge in the rooms - bummer.
Comfortable Beds, very clean and nice Didn't like that we paid for a Deluxe King room and we got a two queens instead - they kept telling us that's the policy when you book with a third party "rooms aren't guaranteed" it's a bad policy when the room is already paid for and you give it to someone else. The staff was very unapologetic and left a bad taste in our mouths.
