Quiet, rooms comfortable and a good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend to others. No complaints with regards to the hotel but we didn't have our own transport and the busses are few and far between which meant we had to rely on taxis.
Quiet & Functional If there was a bath as opposed to a shower
Easy parking and free internet, cabled or wireless. Tricky to find and when I moved beds, very dirty. Nodusty.t so bad but
Despite late arrival staff welcoming and room was pleasantly sized - with wider than normal single beds. Good value As puprose built accomodation found sound insulation poor - so perhaps staying on 1st floor would be advantageous.
The Staff, Parking and the use of the Gym complex next door. Room was very tired, computer points broken, very old tv (Sound was bad), stained carpet etc.
We were late arriving, but were greeted by the night porter who booked us into the hotel very efficiently. It was a bitterly cold night (- 5 degrees outside) but the room was warm and cosy with spare blankets available in the room as well as comfortable duvets. The location (next door to Stoke Mandeville Hospital) was ideal for our purposes since we had an 8.30 a.m. appointment at the hospital the following day.
It was close to the Luton Airport. The hotel room was freezing and cramped. The bathroom was down the hall and unpleasant. The hotel required a taxi to get to it.
The receptionist was very nice, he even ordered a taxi for me which came in time in the morning. Cold bathroom
freindly staff room was small an air vent would of helped
It was reasonable value for money lack of trained staff. Room was very small with facilities outside.
Near the airport Very out dated, desperately needing a face lift.
Some promised facilities missing e.g. telephone in room
cheap room and parking. Only one tea bag and nothing to stir my only cup of tea! Only one pillow to support myself having my one cup of tea. Only one lamp in the room. A bedside reading lamp would not be expensive to fit. More hooks on the back of the shower room door to hang one s clothes and a soap dish.
Close to centre of town, handy for shopping, ideal for proximity to airport and easy to find.
Thre was no parking space for customers
the reception hours, closed between 23h00 till 8h00
the hotel was a good one night stopover, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the proprietors were helpful and friendly.
Very clean. Helpful staff. Good food. Reasonably priced. No en-suite bathroom. Hotel is in the course of undergoing a major refurbishment. Breakfast 0700 to 0800.
price you pay for what you get ,.... no tiolet in room etc
Not a lot! The staff were nice and courteous if you could find one! Room we stayed in was quite a large room with plenty of space. Not really what i expecetd. Our en-suite had no toilet! This had to be shared with other customers! Room was not very clean as the carpet was dirty with the obligaory house fly to give us company!
There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. The absolute filthy carpet in the bedroom.
