Located in Three Rivers, Rio Sierra Riverhouse is on a river, a 1-minute drive from Sequoia Foothills Chamber of Commerce and 8 minutes from Sequoia National Parks Ash Mountain Entrance. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great location with a river view. Mars, our hostess was wonderful.
Pros: Beautiful place. Friendly host. Very clean. Breakfast right on the river. Loved that place.
Cons: Nothing at all. It was a perfect stay.
Pros: Mars the owner was so accommodating and Janet the assistant was very helpful. I love the place❤️
Pros: This is right on the Kaweah river with a private beach..... Private but accessible. Staff.... Impeccable. 5 minutes from Sequoia entrance. 5 minutes from gas and markets and restaurants, all of which owner can short list for you to find what you want quickly. Any weird problem? She finds you an answer or solution. Will only stay here in this area.
Pros: Did not have the Breakfast. Loved the view from our windows in the Panorama Room. Fun to watch the River Rafters. Loved sitting on the outside patio listening to the rushing water in the river.
Cons: My only suggestion is that a rubber mat should be placed on the floor of the shower to avoid slipping on the tile.
Pros: Amazing location! Great breakfast! Warm and generous welcome when we arrived. Definitely recommended .
Pros: Location! Situated next to a river for bathing - our kids loved it! And being so close to Sequoia entrance!
Pros: Beautiful setting by the river, extremely caring (and I truly mean wonderful) staff, 10-15 minute drive from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Absolutely delicious breakfast. Could not have been happier with our stay!
Cons: Wifi is terrible, but I think that is more of a Three Rivers problem than a Rio Sierra Riverhouse problem.
Pros: I picked Rio Sierra Riverhouse based off of all the positive reviews. So glad I did. Everything about Rio Sierra Riverhouse was awesome. Love the room, the scenery , the location, the amenities & the staff! My kids enjoyed playing by the river. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks Mars!

Cons: Airco very noisy and just above bed. Ear plugs in room gave indication something was wrong...
Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable, very clean.
Cons: The breakfast could use some work. Greasy sausage, fake eggs, etc.
Cons: Very basic breakfast
Pros: Reasonably convenient for our visit to Sequoia
Pros: Very clean and staff were friendly.
Pros: Conveniently located. Friendly staff.
Cons: As is often the case in hotel rooms, the a/c unit is directly under the window, and the sheers hang down right to the top of the unit. This, combined with immovable diverters, causes the sheers to billow, reducing airflow into the room where it is needed. Weighted sheers, or movable diverters would go a long way towards solving this problem. In an area that can routinely reach 100° in summer, every little bit helps.
Pros: Rooms were clean and air conditioning was effective but very noisy. Gym was well equipped.
Cons: Noisy air conditioning. Breakfast choice was limited and coffee was awful.
Pros: Friendly staff. If your room is on the ground floor, you can park right in front, which makes loading and unloading the bags very easy. Breakfast was decent. Swimming pool was great to have. There is a ~45 min drive to Sequoia National Park, so be aware. The town doesn't offer much, but we did find a couple of good restaurants and supermarkets.
Cons: The room was clean, comfortable, and large, but looked a bit old and dark. The air conditioning worked fine, but was one of those old models which can be a bit noisy.
Pros: Room was pretty clean and nice. Hotel is located in small city, 30minutes by car from Sequoia National Park .
Pros: Perfect size room. Breakfast was good. Easy parking in front of the room.
Cons: We were on the 1st floor and heard the people walking above us.
Pros: Room big clean and comfortable
Cons: Motel on the road nothing in a little town with nothing to see
Pros: Big room with fridge and coffee
Cons: Noisy AC in the room
Located in Three Rivers, The Log House Lodge Bed & Breakfast is within a 15-minute drive of Sequoia National Parks Ash Mountain Entrance and Horse Creek Recreation Area. Guests will find features like complimentary Internet access.
Cons: This is not a Lodge, these rooms are converted attics tiny rooms with a shared bath! The dirt on the stairs as you walk upstairs is a clue of what is waiting for you. Countless people have signed the guest book noting that they had no ideal that this is a Bed & Breakfast. This is a rip off, dirty small place! No TV in your room & you have to share a bathroom! My credit card was charged $250 & you will not be able to get you $$ back! Don't make the mistake I made! I left after seeing this, I didn't stay night, but still had to pay. $250 for a dirty attic converted tiny room! Hopefully I have saved someone some cash & stopped them from making a mistake!
Located in Lemon Cove, Plantation Bed & Breakfast is in a rural location, within a 5-minute drive of Lake Kaweah and Kaweah Recreation Area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: It’s a little bit older of a facility, but it was well worth our stay
Pros: The owner made our vacation! She is very personable, gives great tips on where to go and the best way to get there. The Inn is very comfortable, was quiet, and in a beautiful setting.
Cons: Nothing. All was great.
Pros: The place is at a short drive of Sequoia Park and was the perfect accomodation for our trip. We enjoyed the swimming pool + jacuzzi and loved the kindness and lovely breakfast of our hosts.
Pros: Very cute and quaint. Very friendly host. Great breakfast with gorgeous fancy china! Such an amazing find close to Sequoia Park
Cons: It's a bit quirky and old (a/c) but it's part of its charm. I really couldn't find anything to complain about.
Pros: Great location and wonderful staff.
Pros: Breakfast was very good and more than enough. Accommodations were good staff was awesome near by restaurants were not that great
Pros: The house is old plantation style, amazingly beautiful, great park and pool to relax. Very large clean and beautiful rooms. Very near to a beautiful lake. Owner is very nice and kind, made us feel at home. Amazing breakfast, home made and hearty, best we had in US.
Cons: Air conditioning too cold, no way to lower it.
Pros: Quirkiness, calm peaceful comfy, relaxation point after 3 days on SAN Francisco before heading to LAS Vegas...
Cons: Nothing really, all good
Pros: Breakfast was AMAZING AND PLENTIFUL!!
Located in Three Rivers, Lazy J Ranch Motel is on a river, within a 5-minute drive of Our Place Playground and Horse Creek Recreation Area. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We enjoy with the background of the motel, the little farm, the pool, the beautiful green place!
Cons: The price is a little expensive.
Pros: Nice location. Swimming pool.
Cons: Bugs at night in the room. Old A/C almost not working.
Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean, not the most modern but that adds to the charm of the place. It was great that they had laundry facilities which we made use of. The breakfast was ample and there was plenty of choice. We walked around the ranch which was amazing. It is the perfect location for the parks as well. The staff are really helpful and approachable. We didn't get chance to use the pool but it looked amazing.
Cons: I can't think of anything that needs to be changed about this place it is just great the way it is.
Pros: The location is nearby the river, the aircon was very cold.
Cons: The bed sheets did not seem to have been replaced prior to our arrival. Flies and mosquitoes were inside the bathroom and filled up the sink.
Pros: The rooms were all 1 or 2 units to a building, which was nice. The grounds were beautiful, with lots of grass, flowers, etc., as well as sheep!
Cons: The breakfast was not great, even as a continental. There were several choices that required hot water, which was not provided; several juices, none of which were orange. They could do better with just a bit of improvement.
Pros: The owners are really sweet. The view is wonderful!
Pros: It was a good stop off location after the National Parks before continuing down to Los Angeles. We got to relax by the pool.
Cons: It was alittle basic, and felt abit overpriced for location and facilities. There was meant to be a complimentary breakfast/ snacks but the office had closed early the night before we left and we left too early the next morning for it to open again. We also got some very unpleasant smells from our air conditioning unit the morning before we left.
Pros: Location was great by the river. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Animal smell by office.
Pros: I liked the area that the hotel was located. Very peaceful and close to nature.
Pros: It was close enough to Sequoia National Park. Other than that I don't have anything good to say about this place.
Cons: It was close to 100 degrees and when we got there, they had not turned on the A/C (wall unit) in the room. It took 2-3 hours for the room to warm up, making it miserable. There was a single plug point where you could plug in your chargers for the phone, but this plug point was at the height of the A/C above the bed - who the heck designed this place? The ceiling was damaged in our room and someone had used thumbtacks (I am not kidding) to keep it in place. We ended up having to unplug the microwave, alarm and the light so that we could charge all our phones. The room is small for 4 people and we basically hardly had any space to keep our 4 carry on bags. They advertise Free Wifi, but it is non existent because you are in the middle of nowhere - this is expected, but then why advertise what you don't have. They also say Free breakfast included, but if you want coffee and some snack bars for breakfast, it will suffice. We went to the cafe in the town center and had a great breakfast burrito and coffee. I mentioned the A/C situation and lack of plug points to the person at the front desk in the morning, she said that the housekeeper is supposed to keep the AC on, oh well. She did not care much for the plug points. Now, I forgot my iphone in the room, the housekeeper promptly gave it to the front desk and I went and picked it up, for this I am very grateful and thankful to the staff.

Pros: Perfect location to shops and places to eat. The room and bathroom were a nice size. Everything was clean. Nice little gift shop.
Cons: Breakfast area too small for high numbers of guests.
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location for Sequoia Park. Good that is has a pool. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Poor check in experience with rooms not ready and promised 20-30 minute wait was actually over 90 minutes. ‘Why not be clear about the wait time and we could have gone off to do something else instead of sitting in the lobby. Extraordinary that the breakfast is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery that is thrown away every day. Cannot believe a large hotel chain can be so environmentally negligent in 2019. Laughable that there is a ‘Go Green’ flyer in the room encouraging reuse of towels.
Pros: One Comfort Inn is pretty much like all the others: this one met our expectations: clean enough, acceptable breakfast, and reasonable rates. The location is above average because it's very close to the very limited dining options in Three Rivers and because the Sequoia-Kings shuttle picks up park visitors in front.
Cons: Maintenance could have been better; the toilet clogged during our stay, and some of the common areas flooded, suggesting larger plumbing issues.
Pros: Good clean hotel and location
Pros: Close to the Sequoia park entrance, some dining options nearby
Cons: Despite being cleaned seemingly every day, the pool was terribly dirty. The water was like milk, and the jacuzzi a bug graveyard..
Cons: There is some ants and bug near the pool grass field. But it is located in wild place. So it is fine.
Pros: The location of this hotel is great. A couple of minutes of the sequoia entrance.
Pros: It was close to the National Park we were visiting
Cons: Furniture and carpet stained. Pool cloudy. Breakfast was very crowded and they ran out of fresh fruit.
Pros: Good location.
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Not clean, older equipment, tons of bugs and dust, cobwebs and dirt. Slept and couldn’t wait to get out :)
Pros: The rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the pool was perfect. Location to the sequoia national park perfect too. There were some restaurants close to the hotel and a very good Mexican restaurant.
Pros: Everything was great! Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bed and pillows and comforter were so comfy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked during the breakfast hours!
Located in Three Rivers, The Gateway Restaurant & Lodge is within a 5-minute drive of Sequoia National Parks Ash Mountain Entrance and Foothills Visitor Center.
Pros: Great location just nese the gate of NP
Cons: Quite a crowdy place during the dinner time. What a tiny room, we were there with our kids and it was really difficult to fit in. Excluding a breakfast in the rate. You can find a dozen of motels near by offering much better service for lower rate and including a breakfast.
Pros: The hotel is located close to the entrance to Sequoia Park. The view from the hotel restaurant/bar is fantastic. An electric fireplace was a nice touch to the room.
Cons: Bedclothes did not feel very fresh. Room is quite dated.
Pros: Close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. However, it’s a one hour drive to the Giant Forest from the entrance, so it isn’t really an advantage to be close to the entrance.
Cons: Incredibly dirty in the restaurant. Old food on the floor. Cobwebs and small flies. Rooms so dusty and full of cobwebs in all corners. Rooms and food are expensive for such a low standard. Rude staff. Just stay away!
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Room and bed is not clean.
Pros: We stayed here for 1 night before heading on a backpacking trip up in mineral king. It was great to relax on the restaurant deck overlooking the river before our trip. Hotel and restaurant were both great.
Pros: Location is just perfect for going to Sequoia national park
Pros: Location was breathtaking! Room was great...quaint and homey. Upgraded shower was a plus. Plenty of towels, shampoo and soaps. Everything with the lodging part was wonderful.
Cons: The restaurant was terrible. Grossly overpriced and very disappointing. Everything from the salad to the main course was unpalatable. Expected a completely different experience. Service was also very poor. We finally had to ask a different server for our check after our waitress disappeared for 20+ minutes. Would NEVER eat here again.
Pros: Beautiful location right next to the river. Loved the upscale bathroom and decor
Cons: A little pricey
Pros: The river and that’s it
Cons: Place way overpriced. Aged and room was small and could get ice.
Pros: The location was great with the restaurant overlooking the lake.
Cons: The staff could have smiled more.
Located in Lindsay, Super 8 by Wyndham Lindsay Olive Tree is within a 5-minute drive of McDermont Field House and Lindsay City Hall. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Gateway to sequoia, big bed and room, nice pool. One of the better motels
Pros: Location is good for trips to Sequoia National Park, rooms are big, beds are comfortable, TV new, and swimming pool very appreciated considering the high temperatures.
Cons: Room had considerable smell after the room service perfume was worn-out (people speculated that it is because of pets), breakfast was very basic and completely based on plastic tableware, the pool water was clean but quite milky (likely due to the chemicals).
Pros: Clean. Pleasant staff. Spacious.
Pros: Great breakfast, well stocked, very efficient personnel
Pros: The bbq area
Cons: Alot of chlorine in pool
Pros: Decent quiet room despite roadside location.
Cons: There are 3 or 4 tables in the breakfast room, while there are at least 50 rooms in the motel. Now imagine the crowd and the ques in the mornings...
Pros: The property is quite basic, but good value for money. We had an excellent stay. The pool is nice as well as the room. It’s a 45 min drive to Sequoia Park. Wifi good, good and friendly staff, clean. Also, there is a good washing machine and a dryer. Great to do a quick wash (takes up-to 1,5 hours) for only a few dollars, washing powder available.
Cons: Rather basic breakfast, and only open till 9 am. This was a surprise to us, as normally we like it later (we are on holiday). Never had a breakfast till 9 only..
Cons: Property needs some renovation.
Pros: Convenient to main road through Lindsay
Cons: The check-in staff were borderline incompetent.
Cons: Poor breakfast
Pros: De room is very spacious and clean. Good furnished room. Aircon wroks good and still.
Cons: The first room "non-smoking" stunk of smoke and I had to ask for a different room
Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Sequoia Motel is located in Three Rivers, California. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. Accommodations here come equipped with a cable TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. Both guest rooms and cottages are available. Barbecue facilities, a garden, and free parking are offered on site. The entrance to Sequoia National Park is 6.8 km away.
Pros: When we first arrived we were greeted by Chris the owner and got to meet her sweet 2 rescue dogs!:-) Chris recommenced the Ol’ Buckaroo restaurant and it was worth it! You can’t beat the location unless you stay inside the NP. Close to all the grocery stores & restaurants. Sequoia Motel was cozy, bathrooms were clean, fresh towels everyday, AC window unit had multiple settings for your liking, the kids loved the groovy wallpaper behind the bed lol, hot hot shower water. Nice size pool that our kids enjoyed and only goes to 6ft. This place is nothing fancy but it’s all someone needs especially if you’re planning on spending family time in the National Park. Our kids stayed in their own room w 2 queen beds and they were happy as clams.
Cons: The AC unit will keep you cold or whatever temp you choose but it was a tad noisy. But we had no problem sleeping after enjoying the NP. No WiFi unless you stand outside, but this mainly disappointed the kiddos & our shower needed a better spray nozzle but at least the water was HOT!
Pros: Sehr gut gelegen am Eingang des Sequoia Parks. Very friendly owner. Perfect for a family for a few days. Good restaurants nearby.
Pros: Great location, very friendly place, room cosy and comfy. Great pool - clean and perfect for cool dip after a dusty day at Sequoia. Don’t be put off by the rating - this would be a 3 star in the UK - like a B and B (no breakfast but Totem nearby was great.)
Pros: Friendliness of the staff, somewhat secluded location, very nice garden outdoors!
Cons: Value for money, I feel the price was too high for such a small room. Room needed updated, older furnishings but the staff was great!
Pros: Like the location, pool and bed
Cons: The shower was horrible. It only drizzled on us.
Pros: Beautiful garden and seating areas. A nice cool pool for hot days!
Pros: Close to restaurants and the entrance to the park, relatively clean. We could see the milky way right outside our room. AC unit worked really good. They had extra pillows in the room, mini fridge in room. Plasma TV. Hair dryer. The swimming pool was nice.
Cons: Low water pressure on showers, wifi only outside the building, beds are uncomfortable no ice machine, no shampoo or lotion. Not the best view, no do not disturb sign when you leave the room.
Pros: The location
Cons: No water pressure, only 5 minutes of hot water in shower, the room smelled musty like an antique store, wallpaper in bathroom was peeling.
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Pool and parking
Pros: The owner is friendly. Nice garden. Little fridge and coffee-maker enabled us to eat breakfast in the room.
Cons: Internet wasn't working in rooms, but seems to have been a temporary problem. The entry driveways feel a bit dangerous because of their steepness and angle from main road...but at least there are two you get a second shot if you miss the first one.
Located in Woodlake, Wicky Up Ranch Bed and Breakfast is on a lake, within a 10-minute drive of Lemon Hill Marina and Lake Kaweah. Featured amenities include coffee/tea in a common area and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
With a stay at The River Inn in Three Rivers, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Sequoia National Parks Ash Mountain Entrance and Foothills Visitor Center. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location The cleaner lady very nice and helpful. At first night we have checked in into a room that the electricity blog near the hairdryer and the microwave wasn’t working they offer to change our room and we moved our stuff next morning to room which have A better bathroom and electric blog
Cons: The room was not clean the bathroom is another story
Pros: That we had our own little "apartment" was a surprise. The king size bed was comfortable and it was clean.
Cons: The whole room was covered in spider webs, spiders included. The baseboards were very dirty, behind the couch was terrible, it was already pulled from the wall. It was a hide a bed without the bed, so sitting on it was not an option. We just went to bed. The shower head looked as though it probably wouldn't work well. Didn't attempt to use it. After waking up in the morning, found more cob/spider webs hanging over out heads! Had there been a broom, I would have used it. The staff was already gone by this time. Had it not been for the dirty floors, baseboards and spiders, it would have been fine.
Cons: We arrived around 3pm, but no one was there at the office to check us in. The building was covered by spiders, didn’t seem like they have pest control at all. The room is very small and was very filthy. The towels were very dirty. I was happy I bought my own towels. The A/C wasn’t working properly. We turned on the A/C during the night, it runs like a motorcycle in your room.
Pros: Good location, close to Sequoia National Park. The AC worked, but that's about it. Spacious room.
Cons: Room not clean. Bathroom not clean. Fridge and sink not clean. Towels are provided but were dirty. Floor dusty and sticky. Door to the room broken, not able to close. I cannot believe places like this get a spot on booking.com
Pros: Last minute room near park.
Cons: Shower door, bathroom floor, paint, and a few colorful accessories would make a world of difference.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cabin was a bit rustic and could use some updating/carpet cleaning but it was spacious and cozy for our family.
Cons: The cabin was lacking towels in the kitchen and trash bins in the bathrooms.
Pros: It was convenient for Sequoia National Park. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Check-in and out were friendly and easy. A slight problem with our room was dealt with quickly (by swapping rooms). It was easy to find on the basis that there is NOTHING nearby to confuse things and it's literally on the only road.
Cons: Um. It's a motel, and it's desperately in need of a refresh. The insect screens don't all fit properly, the bathrooms are very tired (especially the shower fittings) and the towels are not quite threadbare but not exactly luxurious. For what it was it is over-priced.
Pros: I RESERVED MY 3 DAY STAY ON A CC BUT WANTED TO PAY CASH ON ARRIVAL. WHEN I CHECKED IN THE ENTIRE AMOUNT HAD BEEN CHARGED ON MY CARD. WHY CAN'T YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SECOND DAY AND GIVE YOUR CLIENT THE OPTION OF PAYING IN CASH, USING ANOTHER CARD ETC.???
Cons: NO TV THE 3RD NIGHT AS THE MANAGER SAID IT GOES IN AND OUT SOMETIMES, wE COULD NOT GET ENOUGH OF A WI FI CONNECTION TO WATCH A MOVIE ON i PAD.
Cons: My husband was bit about 8 times by a spider or something. Tried to contact the hotel they never answered the phone. He is sick with horrible seeping sores on his arm and back.
Pros: The location was convenient, close to the Sierra Forest
Cons: The room wasn’t clean. Bed sheets and towels were not so fresh.. it’s definitely not worth the money we paid
Cons: Wifi did not work
Pros: NOTHING!!!!! Horrible Motel Hell checked out after first nigh.
Cons: BED BUGS!!!! We have pictures. They moved us to another room that was dirty. Coffee in the coffee pot, bottle caps on the floor, salami on the dresser hadn't been cleaned at all. Maid said next morning when we saw her she wasn't told to clean that room. Only when they are going to be used. WTH
With a stay at Sierra Lodge in Three Rivers, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Sequoia Foothills Chamber of Commerce and Our Place Playground. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location, near Sequoia National Park
Cons: No water, dirty floors, horrible free breakfast, pathetic wifi, room was over 90 degrees when we checked in, seems like the owner is mostly interested in nickel and diming Will never ever stay there again or recommend it to my neighbors friend
Pros: Was clean and good located
Cons: Verry old accommodation
Pros: location is great very close to sequoia park, three rivers is great place for holidays. The owner/staff was friendly
Cons: I think a bit expensive for quality, entered light early in the morning in the room, a bit noisy as room was very close to the road,,, breakfast was very simple, not a lot of choice.
Pros: Great location, quite nice staff... everything good, though not special.
Pros: We arrived pretty late at night, and the owner was so kind to allow my boyfriend to use the swimming pool even though it was closed. Room was pretty big and well organized. Location is very good to visit Sequoia National park.
Pros: Room was very, very basic but suited our needs still. Feels a little empty and “cold” inside the room. Bathroom facilities were all good. Great location to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Host was a little hard to understand when checking in but once that was sorted it was okay. Breakfast was very basic, little bit of OJ would make it better to begin with (for us non coffee drinkers and no free water available at the breakfast bar) cute area to sit outside while eating breakfast too! There was a lovely pool that had sun until into the evening and was great after some hikes. We met some super lovely people who were also travelling! In the office they had some board games so we played some with the new friends we met!
Cons: Room could be updated a bit
Pros: Room was unexpectedly confortable and very spacious. Pretty and even though it was located next to the pool it was quiet and had beautiful views.
Cons: Bad breakfast. Just take your car and get coffee in the 5min drive away local coffee bar.
Pros: The room was very roomy with plenty of space to move around.
Cons: From our room, you could hear the traffic; however we were close to office to walk to for breakfast. Do not expect a hot breakfast, or very many choices in the area to buy breakfast. It's a small town with a pizza joint and a diner that closes at 9.
Pros: Well located, the only positive! And you park for free
Cons: $300!!!! Really??? You would not pay more than $80 in any other place In the US. Room completely outdated. Breakfast is down to the minimum.
Pros: Convenient location to the park. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Cons: Wall unit air conditioner took along time to cool down our room and not being able to lower the temperature below 70*. The room was not as clean as it could be. The bathroom sink had crud around it and the shower floor/walls appeared to have been sprayed but not wiped down. The floors seemed not to have been swept.
Pros: Great location in Three Rivers, close to Sequoia national park. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast is very basic, especially that the price was relatively expensive to other motels. Shower is a bit small.
Pros: Clean room with comfortable beds and it is located just outside of Sequoia in a very quiet area.
When you stay at Western Holiday Lodge Three Rivers in Three Rivers, you'll be in the historical district, within a 5-minute drive of Our Place Playground and Sequoia Foothills Chamber of Commerce. Featured amenities include express check-in, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Our room's toilet was full of poop when we arrived. House keeper made bed and vacuumed but i cannot believe a toilet would be left plugged. Many complaints that room keys did not work; our's did but we needed to try many times ( maybe five ) to enter room. Breakfast was average and acceptable.
Pros: We had several bugs crawling through our room. Hotel room just dirty. Even the towes washed we're filthy looking. The motel is just gross. Would never recommend. Even spoke with the front desk owner snad she looked at me like I was crazy when I explained.
Cons: It was gross. Do not stay there.
Pros: Good pick.nick area with grill.
Cons: The wifi was not working in large parts of the hotel area (one had to go close to the office). The key card for the room was twice in a row not properly working. The staff at check-in was unfriedly.
Pros: Nothing staff very rude place dirty everywhere swimming pool dirty.Place too close to big road .playground dirty and the equipment very old and in bad shape. They promised free breakfast and they gave us waffles and cereal,a guy that looked like the owner was blowing the crumbs on the waffles maker with his mouth,I found that very grossly.Very unhappy never going back again. The Room was dirty with a tv super old and no remote carpet filthy bathtub so dirty that it’s was hard to shower even with a towel on the floor to protect your feet from bacteria. It was a bad experience for me and my family.Spyder web everywhere.Very unpleasant.
Cons: Not clean. There wasn't hot water in our room and we had to change room. The place looked awful to be honest and the price is not adjusted to the conditions. Worst place I've ever stayed.
Pros: It was ok.
Cons: The beds weren't that comfortable. The furnishings were outdated and not very clean.
Pros: Location near to Sequoia and fresh waffles for breakfast!
Cons: Value for money, near the road, if you book ask for the backyard building, breakfast room is very tiny and doesn’t fit at all to the number of guests
Pros: Good location, close to the entrance to the Sequoia National Park; kids liked the waffle machine in the morning and the pool in the afternoon/evenings.
Cons: The AC was so loud that it hard to sleep with it on and the insulation of the room was so bad that is was difficult to sleep without the AC on...
Pros: perfect location for our Sequoia National Park adventure. Large grounds with swings, horseshoes and a basketball hoop for kids to play. Large room with hard wood floors, so no question about cleanliness
Cons: the bed was a little too firm, the bath tub was slippery and the shower hard to control. there were two of us and we got one washcloth. I'm sure we could have gotten another but one for two people isn't good. there was a grumpy man overseeing breakfast and he did not want me to have milk for my coffee, he kept insisting that the creamer packages were for the coffee!
Pros: Price &location
Cons: Overall place is a lil run down BUT I see they also are improving upon it lil by lil!! Basic amenities were great!!
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the water was strong Liked having a microwave and fridge in room.
Cons: The A/C was awful, had to get a floor fan. The carpet was filthy. The tub was old and needed refinishing. The food for breakfast was awful Was very disappointed.
Pros: It's a little bit closer to the park.
Cons: Hotel has no Wi-Fi as advertised. Breakfast is boring. The room has ants everywhere.
