It was a terrible experience. They didn't have the car I had reserved ready and were unable to resolve the problem they themselves had created. The staff who attended to me were indifferent to the situation and, to a certain extent, rude, saying that the reservation could not be fulfilled and that I should not complain since they had not charged me anything. After the situation, they did not contact me at any time. I would not use Hertz again or recommend them in the future.

When I did my reservation it was in Canadian dollar but when I got to the airport car rental it was in American dollars and it was way more, and they almost charge me for a part that was missing in the middle of the tire rim, luckily I recorded the condition of the car before I took it off the lot but if I dint record they would have made me paid for that so that really bother me other then that everything was good

Even tho I had pay the insurance by kayak, at the airport alamo was telling me that is not their problem that i should do it with them. At when i accepted the wated to charge 1000 us for the insurence, my remaining pay up for the car was 220 CAD dollars but they try to charge those in US dollars

i wouldn’t never recommend them……our fly got delay in miami 2 hours we were scheduled to land in lima at 8:30pm we got there close to 11pm they told us my reservation got canceled since i didn’t show up at 8 like i was suppose to be nothing i couldnt done in my power………..they offered the same car whit a higher price
