i booked a compact through kayak at $48.18. when i went to pick up the car 15 minutes later, they said they didn't have a compact and i had to pay nearly double to get a different car since i couldn't wait nearly 3 hours for a compact to be returned. If i was able to book at compact, one should have been available or Avis should have honored the price.10.0 Wonderful

I had a very good experience with Enterprise. I had needed a ride to get the rental. They came and picked me up for no extra charge. Everything went smooth at the office. Also returning the vehicle was exceptionally easy and painless. Would recommend and use them again.Hertz

Was unable to rent the car due to being unaware of 2 hour window to pick up car- the car was rented to someone else when I went to pick it up. I received a call the week prior to confirm the rental- I would have appreciated a heads up or a call to verify my rental before it was given to someone else. Customer should be made aware of this 2 hour rule at time of reservation!National
