Cons: Somehow my rental was for Bellevue , NB and not Omaha- didn't realize until checking in. Omaha didn't give me the same rate- paid more than I had budgeted.

Cons: My reservation was for $39.57. I paid $34 down and the remaining $5.57 was to be collected when I picked up the car. They charged me $80.60 which will be disputed. This is ridiculous that I have to waste my time because Hertz is dishonest

Pros: Pick up was painful. We had a 12 pm reservation to pick up. No one was there to let us in until about 1230 so we stood outside in the cold. When someone finally came, they were not friendly or professional. Then of course the system was down and they had to input everything manually which was also time comsuming. Needless to say we didn't get on the road until 1pm. Also the car they gave us had bird poop all over the front and passenger side window

Rude pickup attendant
Pros: Car and drop off were great
Cons: The pickup attendant at the airport was annoyed that I didn't "upgrade" to another vehicle and that I didn't buy Hertz' insurance at $30/day (more than the car itself) so she became rude and asked for the name of my insurance company, when I told her I didn't have one she got even more upset.. They're motivated by commisions they make on upgrades so I can understand her frustration but no need be rude!

Got nickeled and dimes
Pros: The car was clean and nice. It got great gas mileage for an SUV and was pretty comfortable for a long drive.
Cons: Upon dropping off the car I was charged an additional $45+ since it was dropped off late, but given that I had just returned from my father passing I thought they might be lenient. Nope! All the agent could do is say there was nothing he could do and reminded me that I returned the car late. Definitely will never rent from the company again, if you can't show some deceny during a difficult time for a customer, then I will refuse to give you my business.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Car was not clean; in fact, it smelled like rotten food and spilled beer. So I asked for a different full-size car exchange. They had no other full-sized cars which I had doubts they were telling me the truth. So, I ended up with a compact car with full-size pricing. It was not clean either but it did not smell inside.
Pros: Loved the service except trying to find a car in small towns

Pros: Car was nice
Cons: Salesman is a shyster....fast talker. I showed proof of insurance...he snuck it on my bill anyway. My overall Bill should've been around $113 but they billed me $470. They did give me $312 back eventually but I should get more back. I've called customer service, I've emailed three times, no one cares. Nothing but thieves in my opinion.
