I was upgraded when I arrived at the hotel . The young lady who served me was lovely and so helpful. She's made the start of my break away positive and happy. Her naw was Anca . She couldn't do enough for me . I went to the hotel for a mental health break as I had been suffering and I came away so relaxed and well. Thank you

Pros (+) Hotel was clean and modern.
Cons (-) Only one bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for two guests. Hard time finding any staff to help with anything. One person on a laptop for check in and that was it. Very expensive too. Better value for your money out there
