Close to everything we wanted, great value for my money, great staff. Very clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable.
Clean, nice updated rooms, very friendly staff. Easy on/off of the highway. Nice simple basic hotel. Very good value for money compared with other options.
Rooms were clean and tidy The heater was off when we arrived. It took a few hours to heat on a very cold day
The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and even let us borrow a snow brush for our car!
This was a good basic hotel, and an excellent vaue for the money. I didn't have a lot of needs, but those I had were met. I rate mattresses by the extent to which my back hurts when I wake up in the morning. The mattress at Super 8 was OK, but not great. Someone without my back issues might regard it as fine. I also would have liked a larger toilet. Again, not a biggee.

The location and the quality of the room. There was free breakfast, free Internet, and free parking.
When I first checked in I was given a room that had not been cleaned.

? Can't find anything nice to say Poor lighting in halls.. Two lamps in the romm didn't work. Parking lot was flooded for 3 days ( poor drainage. No elevator. Tattered sheets and towels. Poor location. Never again
I love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the cleanliness of my room No
Front desk staff
Clean, quiet no
I loved the location. It took no time to get to the NYS Fair For breakfast, once they ran out, they did not replenish. We went down at 9:30 Sunday morning for the advertised breakfast. There was no coffee creamer, only one slice of wheat bread and 3 slices of white bread, no bagels, or muffins. You will go hungry
The jacuzzi The phone did not work and the bathroom light worked erratically
The lady at the front desk was very accommodating when I asked her for the vending machine No
Breakfast!! Our bathroom sink & shower didnt drain They fixed the shower rite away but weren't able to resolve issue with sink during our 3 day stay..not the worst thing, but just kinda gross when washing hands or brushing teeth that the water doesn't go down for w
Room was not clean. There was a terrible fight at 4am that took several hours for anyone to address.
The staff was great and the bed where comfortable room was clean and put together well That they didn't have shampoo or conditioners and not enough wash cloths we only had two wash cloths not enough need like four
The place was clean and the night staff was very accommodating -- I had made a mistake in my (supposed to be non-refundable) online booking and they helped move my reservation to that same night and keep my low price. The staff were friendly and were also welcoming of my little dog too. My only disappointment is that when we stay at a Super 8 my daughter hopes for the waffle maker and there are no waffles here. So as long as you don't need the waffles, go for it!
The fact that I did get a refund for the second and third days. The Non-Smoking Room reeked of smoke to the point that I needed to purchase an air freshener. The toilet and fan did not work. The bathroom was dirty.
I like the fact we didn't die The fact we where not only in a room by the desk where the lady running it was clearly doing drug deals but the fact our room was right by the stair well also This hotel is dirty and nasty and down right scary to stay at
The front desk staff was friendly. Complications with billing unresolved after two weeks of unanswered emails. After checking out early, I was billed for the unused nights TWICE. Emails to the hotel have not been answered, and overcharge has not been resolved.
They preheated the room for me before I arrived which was wonderful when coming out of a cold Syracuse storm. The staff was always available when I called or went to the desk. The room was well cleaned during my stay. The room had everything I needed. My sink got clogged on the first night. Both the sink and the bath tub drained incredibly slowly. There was no vending machine in the second building (despite signs indicating there were) so I had to go out in the snow to the first building to find a machine. Even then, the machine only had food and no drinks. It was hard to control the heating system and I would wake up multiple times to readjust the settings.
The man at the desk was apologetic and made notes of my complaints. Needs major renovating overall, tub was clogged, faucet leaked, alarm clock was broken, no bath mat or hand towels, not comfortable.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was when I got there they had my room key and paperwork ready and when I had a complaint they had everything taken care of. However I will never stay there again because I was poked by an injection needle while getting in bed with my 4 year old daughter. I will never know if that needle was clean or dirty but I had to see a doctor and now I have to take a yearly HIV/AIDS test.
Literally the only room available in the area at the time. Management does clean somewhat. The price was jacked up because of the high demand. Price gouging. Terrible smoke fumes. Everything is old worn and dated. Circa 1980 pink fixtures. Didn't understand why guests were loitering outside. Access to ice machine is through a hole cut in the wall with a door on it. Property requires serious investment to make it palatable.
Clean and cheap. Smelled a bit old, musty. Gave our clothes a moth ball smell.
