Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff as a major positive, along with the hotel's convenient location and enjoyable breakfast offerings. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, stained furniture, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like in-room jacuzzis, others noted the need for updates and better housekeeping. Overall, the service, location, and breakfast stand out as the hotel's strengths, but improvements in cleanliness and room maintenance are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
