Pros. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all our questions and helped us acclimate ourselves with the area. The assisted us with our bags and provided a very clean and beautifully decorated room with added extras including bottled water, tea station, and snacks. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of foods to choose from. It was absolutely delightful staying here.
Cons. The only downfall about this hotel is that the room was a bit small, however it is London and I suppose it will be hard to find spacious rooms anywhere you go there.
