It was immaculate, the staff were so helpful and the location was perfect for the west end.
The room, whilst been decorated well and additional amenities put on, was relatively basic. I upgraded to the king suite and at just under £250 per night I was expecting the room to be slightly larger with a seating area perhaps rather than just one single chair. But overall it is a lovely hotel and would stay again, maybe just without upgrading
Got upgraded to executive room which was lovely and big, very comfy bed and great extras like afternoon treats
Very nice clean and comfortable hotel excellent value for money
Everything reception staff were fantastic, so friendly the Executive lounge staff couldnt do more to look after us. nothing was to much trouble we loved our stay
The staff in all departments were excellent nothing was too much trouble all smiling and made us feel very welcome. Superb arrival experience given by Simon on Reception and doorman and bell boy.
Nothing could have been better.
