Pros (+) Staff was very friendly, entrance was nice looking, valet parking was good.
Cons (-) No kitchenette, no microwave, no mini bar. Fridge is too hidden. Ice wasn't available on every floor. Our towels had stains. Bed was comfy, the view was kind of crappy (10th floor view of back parking lot). HALF THE OUTLETS didn't work in our room.
