Staff were excellent whether at front desk or catering to the noisy group I was with in the Windsor room. Hotel is well past its best before date and seriously needs a total reno. Pros (+) Warm cookie at check in. Room was nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Easy downtown location to everything. They had a cheap room service deal but we didn't get it. I would stay again.
