meals for value, the hotel staff for service and comfort of the room
Good clean hotel wiyh very good informative staff. Restuarant fare was also very good.
Nothing except the poor soap dispensers in the bathroom.
Very comfortable bed, and overall very high level of cleanliness all round
For the price paid I would have expected a few more little frills and nice touches here and there, eg more than one teabag, maybe some little biscuits, shower gel, pen/notepad by the bed, etc. But no serious complaint, it was very comfortable and staff were professional and friendly. Would stay again.
The staff - particularly courteous and polite. Very helpful and made me feel welcome. Would return there.
Nothing it was very poor and no one spoke english very dissapointing especially from a web site like Booking.com. I wonder if you actually check the hotels you place on your web site or just go for the commission.
Next to Airport and Very Noisy
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get into London using public transport.
The location because we got lost coming by car!
The staff were fantastic - very helpful and friendly.
No - only thing I would say is that it wasn't particularly easy to find if you don't know the area. Directions could have been more detailed.
All Very Very good but we had to pay for parking in the day, not mentioned when we booked!!We could have parked our car in the pub car park behind but no one told us!!
Just the car parking charge
