The location is very full of business people all the time.
Bed was comfy. Location good.
The girl that greeted me couldn't even manage a smile, it was like I was just another boring person to deal with. Not an asset to your business. The guy was helpful but no smile either. Just going through the motions. I was handed the room key and told to go find it. When I questioned how far up I had to take my luggage, the guy did offered to bring it up. Although, someone should of taken me up and at least pointed out the kettle facilities which I didnt see till I was leaving the next day. Cleaning girl was a bit nicer, no smile either though. No one seemed happy to be there, perhaps they need new jobs? I'd just travelled round the world for a year, sad that my own country had the worst hostel experience. Air con leaked all night, I thought it was raining. Soaked my towel I had hung on the hook to dry. Check in 2pm check out 10am, not enough time.
Everything was just average. It was okay just for one night.
Room was smelly due to a wet towel which was there for a couple of days... Next time I will choose another place to sleep.
Cleanliness and the money wise
Quite place in centeal location
No common area to socialize
