Location, nice size room, cleanliness of room, variety of restaurants within easy walking distance
Came in to town for a concert and the hotel was right across the street from Nokia. Could walk to the venue as well as a large selection of eating places.
$40 valet....too expensive.I was completely satisified with the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to accomadate all our needs. I was a little skeptical because of the previous reviews but I really liked this hotel and will definately stay here again when I come to town.
It was located exactly where i needed to be.
Too much noise. The walls are so thin you can hear everything that is going on in the room next to you. You can also hear all the traffic on the streets outside. VERY NOISYI was monumentally unimpressed with this hotel. It was too noisy, the room did not have the amenities I had agreed to when purchasing the room I wanted. The decor in the hallways was hideous. Not at all what I would expect from a hotel with so many stars...
The Valets-very quick and informed.
There is no grass/trees within 2 blocks. Some Front Desk staff uninformed about the area and our reservation. You hear everything in the entire hallway from your room.Overall it's ok for the rate. If I'd paid anymore I would not come back. Elevator landings and hallways are narrow. $40/day parking is steep. 2nd floor bar appears nice-no time to spend there. They need an activities/info desk.
location, walking distance to staples center.
parking over night was 40 dollars.hotel was great, clean, good staff, lactation was key for me.
Ideal Location, Staples Center was just across the street.
Loud noise from the hotel bar during nighttime was inappropriate, valet parking was much overpriced.
Location is fantastic.
With the price...it is under expectation.A very small lobby and bathtub is very small, cheap and old. Towels were washed for hundred thousand times.
The room was very spacious and very well furnished. Everything seems to new. The concierge was very friendly.
The location was a little bid a problem. It took us ~30 to 45 mins to get to Hollywood. Not the best choice if want to stay there for sightseeing. The Hotel was very nice. The room was very spacious and everything seemed to be new. The staff was very friendly. Everytime we left the Hotel or came back we were offered a bottle of could water - which was very nice because of the hot weather. We booked a room with 'view'. It turned out that the view was the Nokia Theatre. But this was not bad at all.The only minus point was the location. We went to L.A. for sightseeing. Therefore downtown was not the best choice. It took us approximately 30 to 40 mins in the morning to get to some of the attractions (Hollywood Boulevard, ...) - by metro. All in all the Hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. If you have a car or you are the...
large ,comfy, well appointed room.
expensive valet parkingAll the employees were very gracious and helpfull. Great location for the downtown area. Close to inexpensive transportation: metro ,dash ,buses. Plenty of historic and new musical and theatre venues. The flower mart and the famous garment district were great fun and amazement. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
