Pros. Small but acceptable. Great staff interactions. Would stay again.
Cons. Parking spaces are tiny and could barely fit our minivan. Less than a foot in between cars. Everything else good.
Pros. The hotel was nice and clean. I think they have renovated recently. The location is perfect as the hotel is at the walking distance (10 min) to universal studio and citywalk.
Pros. The subway couldn't be more close. Dropped us off just a stone throws away from the hotel. Perfect location for walking to subway and universal studios. Yes, it was a complete dump. But we expected it and choose it for the price and location.
Cons. Towels were paper thin. Bring your own! Scary lady who offered us drugs and said she LIVED down the hall.
