Cons (-) Staff rude to other customers without reservation.
Pros (+) convenient location, clean, quiet, nice rooms, great value. Restaurant staff very nice. Night shift manager should be put in charge of running the hotel, just a wonderful gentleman. He has a great customer focus.
Cons (-) The front desk staff are some of the worst that I have ever encountered. Totally disinterested, typical to customer service personnel at Walmart.
Pros (+) Rooms were clean. Simple but effective workout room. Pool was open and kids loved it. Easy access to freeways and local shops. Close to downtown Louisville.
Cons (-) Breakfast buffet could have been better for the price. One free coupon did help offset though.
