Nothing Rooms were dirty smelled like cigarettes bad. The rooms had ash trays. Air conditioner didn’t work propely. The lobby was hot! The breakfast had cereal but no milk. Had coffee but creamer. The vending machines didn’t work and not no bottle water available for sell. Forced to drink tap water. We had to go to bar to buy sodas. Bad bad bad
this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Hall carpets were littered with dirt. curtains broken, linens missing and in the first room they gave me, urine in the toilet. in the second room I was given after I complained, there were no pillow cases on the pillows and towels had to be delivered because none were available. when I pointed out the carpets I was told the guy who vacuumed was out sick and he was the only one who knew how to vacuums. no rooms in this place have windows that open and so there is only the a/c and a strong smell of the indoor pool. when I complained I was told I was welcome to check out but no refund because I had been in the room. I often stay in Motel 6 and had hoped to upgrade which wouldn't have taken much but this is definitely not an upgrade. they claimed to have breakfast. there was a juice machine and a coffee machine, chemically flavored small muffins and some bread and Jeff peanut butter. I will NEVER stay in a Redtop hotel again. I liked nothing and everything could have been better.
Pros. Nothing. I can see now why it still had availability when everything else was sold out.
Cons. Everything. The room was dirty and moldy, the staff was uncomfortable a rude, the location was worrisome. I legitimately considered checking out and sleeping in my car.
