Pros: clean, nice staff and amazing view privacy it seems as a all included hotel even if it is not ,soft drinks and coffee free of charge

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view, beautiful room with private swimming pool, great staff.
Cons: Dinner and breakfast are okay, but you would expect the food to be of a higher standard for the price you are paying. Value for money is not great as the property is very expensive and in our opinion a bit overrated (especially if you check-in on a Saturday, when the check-in time is later than normal; around 17:00, but you are expected to check-out the next morning at 11:00 am....)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional hotel - highly recommended.
Cons: Staff should have brought my luggage in from my car and back.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This place is a diamond. Almost everything was perfect. Room amazing. Amazing grounds. Food was solid.
Cons: There's a wedding hall right next door and if there happens to be a wedding you hear everything and it is disturbing. Also they don't answer the phone in the middle of the night. A place like this should have 24 hour service.
10.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Highly recommended. Large, clean rooms, in unit pool is amazing, great jacuzzi. All inclusive wine, coffee, food buffet 24x7, free VOD, dairy dinner (no meat) and breakfast - ate too much... Really quite room.
Cons: Food was fine, not chef level as described. Newer units don’t have direct views, which was a bit disappointing (needed to go to the shared area to enjoy the great scenery.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very big and beautiful. The bed was confortable, the staff was very nice and the breakfast and the dinner were good
Cons: We heared all the time a noise which was coming from amachine, maybe for the swimming pool bit it bothered us .

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The decor is amazing and a very good breakfast and right in the center of Jerusalem.
Cons: This is not kind of a hotel with a poll or a luxurious spa. The view from our room was to a garbage yard / pub and the next morning was a horrible sewerage smell after we complained a couple of times they moved us to a suite. That was our wedding night.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel in an elegant old building that was completely redone to creat the hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Concierge services were excellent. Rooms are large and well furnished. Ten minute walk to the Jaffa Gate of the old city. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
Cons: I-PAD provided in the room for hotel services never worked, even with repeated calls and IT requests.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The design and artictexure was magnificent.
Cons: Would like to see more deversity with different cultures
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel located in the heart of Jerusalem, very quiet beautiful street, 5 minutes walk from majority of historical places, magnificent building, very comfortable rooms, helpful staff and excellent food - breakfasts were delicious and food selection one of the best we ever saw in 5 stars hotels!
Cons: Lack of spa and gym (gym room was very small). Surprisingly few days before our arrival we received a standard welcome mail from the hotel management with the description of hotel facilities including spa - and spa has never been opened! They told us when we arrived that the spa and swimming pool is still under construction. We were slightly disappointed but telling the truth Jerusalem has so much to offer so the lack of spa and swimming pool was not a big problem.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Elegant hotel
Cons: Housekeeping staff a bit instrusive and would show up every night when we arrive and try to push extra towels and chocolates even if the room has been turned down. He was obviously waiting for a tip.
7.0 Good
Pros: Spacious room. Attentive service. Brand new facilities. Comfy bed and good quality linen. Pick up service at the airport. Great location - ancient city is close by so does the shopping centre.
Cons: Strange view from the balcony - actually no view. Empty minibar. A bit crowded restaurant for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was a staff who’s name George who is a door man was so helpful. He is very kind and beautiful smile all the time. All other staff are very friendly too.
Cons: This property is very clean and new but it is not lively and happening because the atmosphere is crowded by ultra orthodox and sometimes you feel uncomfortable. Also there is no pool or spa is there.
4.3 Okay
Cons: We had several issues we have communicated with Booking . Com about the issues at the time of check in. You should have info on our file. Many facilities that they advertise were not in use . Our room was difiscient in many areas. Not at all what is should be for the class of Hotel. Would not recommend this Hotel. Manager was useless .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The staff were extremely kind & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was always meticulously prepared. Not sick once. Very comfortable accommodations. We truly appreciated the room upgrade for our 15th wedding anniversary. The best stay in 15 years of visiting Jerusalem.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Can’t say anything negative!

7.0 Good
Pros: Pool area and size is pretty decent. If you can get a room with a view of the Old City then that's a bonus. Beds are comfortable.
Cons: Front desk staff weren't very accommodating or helpful for early check ins. Didn't provide any options, especially after a long flight. Reception staff at night either forgot to call you back or didn't go out of their way to assist you, especially for the type of hotel it is. Rooms are a bit dated as well.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Stay Inn Hostel, you'll be centrally located in Jerusalem, steps from Ben Yehuda Street and 7 minutes by foot from Jerusalem Great Synagogue. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed set is comfortable.
Cons: We got up very early, and saw a guy almost naked uncovered, maybe he didn't mean to, but it was not good to see, even just in peripheral vision. If he closed his curtain, it can be avoided, or we shouldn't book mixed room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in a 10-bed dorm with separate shower and toilet. Clean, fluffy pillow, comforter and bed. Everything smells fresh and clean. Free use of washing machine and dryer also iron. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The place exceeded my expectations. The terrace was beautiful too. Kitchen and dining is equipped with all the things you need. The living area is so beautiful and cozy. Wifi is fast!!! Its worth every shikel you pay...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They have a nice bar on the roof.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Probably the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Squeaky clean, nice atmosphere, large rooms (I was in a women-only 6x dorm), pretty and relaxing lounge/dining hall with terrace, plenty of activities, good communal kitchen facilities, and tea, coffee and water with lemon slices always freely available. The staff were the best part however, very friendly and helpful. Great location some 15 mins away from the Old City and right by the market. Definitely a great choice if you want to stay in Jerusalem.
Cons: Only very minor comments: the shower could have a bit more of a barrier to avoid flooding the bathroom floor. And it would be extremely helpful if the rooms had 220 volt sockets, rather than just USB ones (which are in every bed). There are a couple in the shower area, but it's not very useful for charging things overnight, especially for devices that get damaged by steam and water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: THE STAFF IS GREAT.
Cons: N/A
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great bathroom, great shower!! Very clean. Most of the staff where very helpful
Cons: Too much light in the rooms, during the night. And probably they shouldn't allow their staff smoking cannabis, during their stay... 1 or 2 where stoned permanently...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Big room and privacy as well. Helpful staff. Good looking design.
Cons: The smell of disinfect is too strong.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location is pretty good. Beds are great! Offers coffee and tea for free.
Cons: Dorm's door are so annoying! And to get it properly closed it makes a huge noise. Despite shower inside the room, it disturbs people for sleeping. Expensive breakfast. And the 1st floor is underconstruction, actually the untire building are changing or re-building something over there or trying to transform it into a hostel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am impressed with the design, installation of bathroom appliances. And the standard of kitchen utensils, rooms and cleanliness, all this indicates the attention of the hostel towards the comfort and health of the guests. Staff in hostel Be friendly and try to do their best. From entering many of the hostels in Jerusalem and in many cities in Israel Here is a hostel That I feel warm The most comfortable and impressive Thank the owner of the hostel And all employees Which is an important part in creating beautiful memories of my travel and leisure in Israel Through my stay in your impressive hostel
7.0 Good
Pros: Roof garden, kitchen/dining area, upper & lower bars, lively funky vibe. All new furnitures in the rooms. Night lights
Cons: Horrible noise from the bloody old Elevator Even worse from the busses on the main (King George) st. , as all busses use automated loudspeakers & there's 1 pulling into the bus stop downstairs, right below your window every 2 minutes

Pros: Location, location and excellent location
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The pool was nice, it wasn’t big but it was a good size.
Cons: The room they put me at first was in a room with no AC and the WiFi wasn’t working in that room and there was stain on the bed, it took then almost 2 hours to finally get someone to come check everything out after complaining 3 times. The person at the front desk was annoyed with me for complaining. The finally sent someone to check everything out, I let it cool off for about 2 hours and went down again to complain and they finally moved me into a new room. The room they put me was okay and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also I didn’t like the breakfast except for the pancakes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy and fast checkin, the room was clean and tidy including a welcome cookies and wine (we had a birthday), free parking, breakfast was great! Location is bit far from the city center but taxis and city metro just outside the hotel. The stuff are super nice and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was and always has been awesome. The staff goes beyond our expectations to make sure we are completely satisfied. I have never been treated so well during my years of travel. I have stayed multiple times at this hotel. I bring groups there because of the staff and service we received. A few of the staff members that went beyond their duties were, Yael, the relations department, Mr. Minas, the dining room manager, M.Ail, one of the housekeepers and Ms. Jehan, housekeeper supervisor. Our hats are off to the entire staff at the Jerusalem Leonardo Hotel on St. George St. We spend our 50th Anniversary there during this stay. Thanks.
Cons: I can't think of anything to make things better. I have stayed at several hotels there in Jerusalem and in Israel during these years that I have been coming to Israel. I enjoy this hotel more than any other.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A varied and good breakfast, public transport within a short walk allows easy and cheap access to the Old Town, the city center and other attractions. We arrived a little later than planned and Yael called us from the hotel to check if everything was all right. she gave us an upgrade of the room, free parking and a small gift in the room, a box of cookies. We especially liked the refrigerator, which did excellent cooling work and even freezed our water bottles. The soap and shampoo provided in the bathroom were excellent, the girls were enthusiastic about the smell and softness. There are facilities for making hot drinks in the room, Although they could provide more milk powder for the coffee.
Cons: The pool opened 15 minutes late Not enough light in the room
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk, the dinner cafe, and the bar were wonderful. They really created a wonderful atmosphere within the hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Spacious rooms. Clean.
Cons: Gym needs to be regularly clean and needs updated equipment.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, so was the roof top pool. Rooms are good and clean.
Cons: Check in and out was very busy, try to avoid to do this around noon. Breakfast at $46 pp is outrageous, but we found nice breakfast places where you can eat for 1/3 at Station nr 1 and the Coffee Mill, both very good and within 150 meters from hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We ordered room service for breakfast daily. They made what we asked and the fruit platter was more fruit than expected. They helped us with anything we needed, from booking tours to calling taxis.
Cons: Nothing. Wish I had more days there.
8.3 Excellent

Cons: Service at the pool -

Pros: Location. Views. Staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in excellent location with beautiful view. Brakffest is outstanding, I never sow so many options I didn’t have a chance to use the Spa health club and Pools but I’ve heard that it’s one of the best, I definitely recommend to try this hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room amenities were better than any hotel we've ever stayed in. Bathroom was spacious and included both large standalone shower and soaking tub. Breakfast buffet was enormous, although those who don't understand keeping kosher should be aware that there are no meat products (bacon, sausage, etc.) in the buffet. Rooftop infinity pool is large, and has great view over Jerusalem. Staff are multilingual, and very helpful. Security is excellent, with keycard required for access to room floors, pool, spa, etc. Hotel is well situated on major bus lines, although major Jerusalem attractions are also in walking distance. We'll be back again next year for sure!
Cons: We have absolutely *no* complaints about any aspect of this hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel seemed like a resort, calm and serene in the photos. Yet when we arrived it was filled with families, noise, smoking scent in the corridor and very full pool. The downstairs pool closed an hour early and the life guard was late to open it the next day.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: We had a garden room, and although the room was superb, there were several cigarette ends Around the garden. We would have expected better.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I was very much pleased with the hotel. Modern, lean, beautiful, functional and well located.
Cons: The family suite is supposed to House 4 people, and it did in theory but one person is sleeping on a couch as opposed to a bed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I thought the Israeli management team was excellent. I think there are some challenges with lower staff. Perhaps new and need more training or perhaps cultural differences in work ethic. We experienced mixed service from some of the lower level staff on service in restaurants. Housekeeping was excellent.
7.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was amazing
Cons: Customer service

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is one block from Jaffa St. Very good. Breakfast has a lot of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are nice size. Licorice to welcome you.
Cons: They could use some lint rollers for the velvet bed boards and light covers. I didn't like the hotel smell. It's a specific smell that hotels use but this one is not pleasant in my opinion :)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, well kept and near the old city and other sights.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was clean
Cons: The reception crew
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing helpful and ready to do anything for uou
6.8 Good
Pros: The location was great! You could walk to all the restaurants and the city center.
Cons: We had several issues while staying at the hotel. There was flooding from another room that reached ours. It was high enough to soak our luggage bags getting some of our clothes wet that were on the bottom of the bag. I called down to the front desk and they took their time getting there. Once the guy got there to clean up the water I was not given an explanation as to where the water came from or why it reached my room. The guy who cleaned the water up looked frustration and acted like he didn't want to be there. He also took my luggage bags and stacked them on top of each other making the bags more wet. After leaving the carpet in the room was still soaked. I didn't get a courtesy call or check up from anyone. I had to go down to the front desk the following morning and ask them to change the carpet because it was still wet and would soak out socks when walking by. That morning we noticed the clothes on the bottom of the bags were wet. When I reported this to the guy at the front desk he acted as if he didn't care. To put the icing on the cake they charged us for the dry cleaning for the clothes. It wasn't until I complained that they took it off. The first explanation they gave was they discounted our dinner instead of taking off the dry cleaning charge. I told them they did that because it was cheaper LOL. At the end they removed the dry cleaning charge and sent fruit and wine to the room. I will say for the price the hotel is definitely not worth it!
7.5 Good
Pros: Great breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room, bed, clean, breakfast, location
Cons: No room in car park. We had to park in a nearby parking and pay 60 shekels!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Its a very stylish place! Close to East and West Jerusalem with nice vegan oriented restaurants around the corner. The staff of the hotel, especially the cleaning lady Nariman and the restaurant staff Halil and Zakaria were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly!

Cons: Nothing at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Breakfast was lovely.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was superb walking distance to all the main attractions of Jerusalem. Very nice breakfast
Cons: The hotel is starting to look its age and needs some upgrading.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Checkout that made we wait a long time Didn't resolve the overcharge Upsetting
5.0 Okay
Pros: The property exudes its history, which is absolutely fascinating. Location is good, walking distance to both the Old Town and restaurants of the City Centre.
Cons: To my mind it does not merit its 5 star rating, at least when compared to the “average” 5 star hotel elsewhere (in particular the elite international brands). While undeniably an important fixture in Jerusalem’s modern history, as a place to stay the hotel appears to be sitting on its laurels and living on past glories (those “glories” being evidenced for all to see by the copies of signatures of famous past guests which pave the reception area). The room was perfectly nice, but dated and the air conditioning could do with a thorough clean, as use gave us all allergies. While some staff (notably the doormen and breakfast restaurant staff) were very friendly (especially to our young daughter), the concierge was borderline inept and several of the staff were indifferent at best and rude at worst. I appreciate that these are all first world problems in the greater scheme of things, but when you are paying 5 star prices, a 5 star experience should be received.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: The security guard behind the podium at the front sleeping.
5.5 Okay
Cons: This grand old hotel is tired. The management is very proud of all the famous guests who stay; however, it gives short shrift to the ordinary guests. Housekeeping was particularly uneven. A group dinner we had was really mediocre, and the flowers on the tables were wilted, but the manager came to tell us how lucky we were to be there. We would not recommend this otel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: King David Hotel is a historic hotel located near the old city in Jerusalem as well as restaurants and shopping in the newer city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The overall quality of the hotel is good and enjoyable to stay at. Most likely will stay there again on a future trip to Israel.
Cons: Only encountered two minor issues during my stay - they forgot to deliver my paper in the mornings and the closet interlock light switch failed to work so the light remained on during the night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, nice staff including concierge, the pool, excellent location.
Cons: Add light over the bathtub in the bathroom, add coffee maker to a room for $700/night!! Way overpriced!
7.0 Good
Pros: Too old Dekoration Could be with nice fresh colors Nicer
Yad Hashmona Country Hotel - Newe Ilan - Bedroom

9.0 Excellent (435 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Yad Hashmona Country Hotel in Yad HaShmona, you'll be in the mountains, just steps from Yah HaShmona Biblical Village and a 3-minute drive from Benedictine Monastery in Abu Ghosh. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good, clean rooms.
Cons: The room was very basic, not according to Finnish standards, just OK, not justifying the high price. We have got our room just near a construction site of the hotels new section, which was very noisy and dusty, not at all peaceful. This has completely ruined the vacation feeling. The receptionist didn’t really care about it. They should have worked on check in! In Finland this would never had happened !!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Cons: Bathroom. Horrible.
7.0 Good
Pros: the wooden flats were lovely, definetly recomended. nice scandinavian feel with authentic finnish sauna. an amazing lovely buffet on fridays...lots of choices of the local cuisine and lots of choices for dessert (i couldnt try all of them and i would back just to try the other half i was too full for)
Cons: the stone houses, rooms were too simple and small with minimal facilities. all was very clean, granted, but a big downgrade from the wooden flats.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is abundant, with a variety of local and European dishes and baked goods. The views from the public areas and the wooden cabins is fantastic (from the stone rooms there is no view except a building site and a stone retaining wall).
Cons: The receptionist was rude, not to mention that he charged me twice for the same room. Our room was really maintained badly: door lintels full of wormholes and too many electrical plugs on one outlet strip which I thought was hazardous in a tiny room with so much wooden furniture. The breakfast staff hurried us through breakfast although we arrived within the time limit, because they wanted to prepare the place for the brunch crowd.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location with garden and great views. Staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe. Great breakfasts!
Cons: The doors on our room (64) need some work.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The food at the restaurant was delicious. However, what really made the experience was the staff and the people in the community. The receptionist and night security guard were extremely helpful when getting settled in, and the friendly staff at the restaurant went above and beyond in the experience they provided.
7.5 Good
Pros: nice room and view
Cons: price is high
7.0 Good
Pros: It is a lovely setting and had the weather been good we could have been outside more.
Cons: I liked everything

Pros: location is great
Cons: We called the reception to know if there is a parking service, we got an answer that do not have, we parked our car in a public parking and then only after we parked and walked 10 minutes with our bags, the guy at the reception informed us there is a privet parking service to the hotel. Very wired and very unprofessional! The bath had a problem like the phone at the room , we had to called twice (2nd time during the late night) because they promised it will be fixed by the time we back after dinner, but no one did anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful place to stay in Jerusalem I will definitely return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife was thrilled finding soap, shampoo etc from Bulgari in the bathroom. The hotel is very spacious. A nice touch is the glass wall dividing the bathroom from the room, which turns opaque with the touch of a button.
Cons: In the executive room I stayed in, I expected the minibar to be free accessible.

Pros: Great location, helpful staff. We got upgraded for no apparent reason to a very luxurious room with a welcome cookie tray. Although pricey, we would stay there again and again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Friday night Shabbat dinner, attentive staff. Well appointed rooms, but slightly on the small side.
Cons: Loved all.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff upgraded our room into a very well equipped family suite. Breakfast was good. We had a very nice stay.
7.5 Good
Cons: 1. There was some confusion regarding the room we ordered and it took nearly a half hour to check in to the type of room we requested. 2. The executive lounge was not up to par as we were used to. Could have used more staff and replenishing of food and coffee.
7.5 Good
Pros: The suite was delightful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. People were friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, my room was nice sized and the bathroom was updated, and the spa is great! My masseuse, Sharon, was amazing!
Cons: Before I arrived at the Inbal, they were fast to accommodate our requests. However, once a guest in the hotel they need to improve their hospitality and customer service. Once I left and they emailed me about my visit and I wrote about with my comments/concerns, they were very quick to respond and try to accommodate for a future visit but we don’t have plans to travel to Israel in the near future.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great facility and unique atmosphere. Also great breakfast.
Cons: Nothing really. Was great stay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice modern hotel with all the amenities that you need Super breakfast Close to the old city but yet located in a less dense area Very helpfull staff everywhere - concierge, reception etc
Cons: Swimming pool close at 9 pm, but the serving of drinks and food stops before 6 pm. That seems strange.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel highly recommended
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms redone, very modern, hotel well maintained
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly staff at reception.
Cons: The carpet in the room was dirty - full of hairs etc. We complained and someone came with a machine to clean. After this the carpet was still not clean. After we decided to have breakfast we found a great bureaucratic process to add this to our account. Some of the staff in the dining room were not welcoming.

Cons: N/A
7.1 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The garden and yerra e are beautiful.
Cons: The price of the food in the restaurant us very expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An excellent staff made our stay particularly nice. We made a couple unusual requests and the professional staff at the American Colony stepped up without hesitation to provide for our needs. We hesitated before booking in this location but found it to be very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast provided was also fantastic and diverse even by Israeli big breakfast standards. Our only less than stellar comment is that the selection of books and literature in the gift/book shop is very one sided and partisan. This shouldn't have been totally surprising but given the excellence and absence of political statements everywhere else it became noticeable. A great hotel.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The staff are very rude and are extremely incompetent at there jobs.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is prime (near old city), good picturesque restaurant (Arabesque) and summer bar, nice pool, good choice of TV channels. Good staff albeit sometimes appearing a bit inexperienced.
Cons: Tapware difficult to moderate (hot/cold, quantity/flow of water), towels not so plush, amenities in the bathroom subpar (smell [like disinfectant], wrapping soulless), business center not open 24/7 as indicated without explicitely having to ask, pool opening hours (only until 18.00).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and architecture. Felt like old Jerusalem vs. modern hotels.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a lot of charm
Cons: Price of breakfast was too high at £30 each The pool area was really crowded on 2/8/19 The reception staff are less knowledgeable about local, Arabic restaurants to visit.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel itself and its restaurants is amazing. The 360 degrees view from the roof is a must.

4.5 Okay
Pros: Great location. Not a great service by staff. Parking is a headache. Breakfast was moderate. Overall high priced for less value
Cons: Service quality at restaurant in roof top was poor
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service Good breakfast Room and shower are clean and new Close to the Old City and the city center
Cons: Central air conditioning is a bit noisy
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Balconies had a fantastic view. Can't beat the location if you're wanting to go to the Holy Sepulchre or anywhere in the Old City because it's right across from the New Gate. We love the Wine & Cheese restaurant on the 4th floor, have eaten there almost every time we go to Jerusalem. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons: I wish the rooms had been actually adjoining with a door. The balconies are easy to climb over to get through the window door so it's kind of adjoining, but if you have kids and want them to have their own room, it's not like there's a door connecting rooms next to each other. Sound echoes through the hallways and it smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallways. There are no fridges in the rooms, but the receptionist was nice enough to let me store milk for my baby in the fridge behind the desk while I was there.

Pros: Great location! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite small but immaculately clean. Our family in Jerusalem came to visit us at the hotel and were treated like honorary guests. We celebrated with drinks and complimentary snacks in the lovely lobby! Thank you so much
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious - Atlas hotel group really have breakfasts under control! Staff were happy to change out my pillows which were a bit too hard for me - but otherwise great. Room small but to be expected in Israel :) Front desk staff were always happy to help me with directions and appreciated the complimentary sachets of sunblock at the front desk - coffee machines in the rooms are always a bonus :)
Cons: The hair dryer was terrible - timed out after 2mins. Could do with updating :)
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, excellent location. Nice breakfast. Immaculate. I would highly recommend it if you are planning to visit the old city. Not great if you have small kids in tow - no run around space.
Cons: There was some construction in the lower lobby and it was chaotic and hard to find the front desk. But once you stumbled around the dust and shambles of the first floor and figured out you had to go upstairs -- and located the hidden elevator -- it was fine.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: all, my best time in a hostel worldwide.
Cons: perhaps connect to Airport ben gurion
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are really comfortable and clean. Comparing to the other hostels where I stayed, it is convenient to name the bed when it is already yours :) I did use refrigerator and could not know that whatever is closer to the freezer can be frozen as well. However, when you travel a lot, you keep so many eatable things with you, so that your own space in the fridge is definitely cool! As for breakfast, it was fresh, tasty and can satisfy almost any foodie. I enjoyed it! The staff are really friendly and helpful! "Thank you, guys, for everything you did!"
Cons: I did not notice anything wrong though It would be better if the hostel could get some RAN-KAV machine and place it next to the main entrance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff Excellent service Great location Nice vibe
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location in perfect, very close to the market (must see) and only 20 minute walk to Jaffa Gate. The Breakfast was really nice, with good cappuccino and I loved the great vibe at the hostel. The Rooftop bar is a nice place to chill and to look out over Jerusalem at night.

Located in Jerusalem, Hotel Yehuda is in the suburbs, within a 10-minute drive of Israel Museum and Knesset. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That the fantastic staff offered to make them up as one. The staff were amazingly service oriented, friendly, and helpful. My mother in law passed away in the middle of our stay and we had to go home in the middle of night. The hotel reimbursed me for the day that we could not use. All this, without me even asking. Also, we were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room. We also loved the pool and gardens.
Cons: There were two beds pushed together
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms and breakfast.
Cons: Somehow far from Center, but wasnt a surprise as we had a car
6.3 Good
Pros: The gym is totally fine, the pool is good.
Cons: The hotel doesn’t look fresh and new like in the photos. They were probably taken around 15 years ago. The room was clean but had a strong smell of home cleaning products.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, impressive hotel, with loads of facilities, all well designed and maintained. Surroundings offer stunning views when in the pool. Rooms are comfy and clean. And the breakfast is rich, typically local and very tasty. Overall, a very good experience!
Cons: Room service stops early (we arrived at 10pm and could not get any refreshment). Although beautiful, the area is also a bit secluded: for a short stay, not having a car might make visits a bit difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was amazing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool and spa are exceptional. Likely the best in Jerusalem. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms/shower super clean, modern and relaxing. Love being in a secluded area of Jerusalem, away from the hustle & bustle - beautiful scenery surrounding you.
Cons: Pool-side bar/restaurant is lacking. There were no options to order cocktails (only bottles of beer) and the menu was from the upstairs bar which was very basic+expensive (save the french-fries which were great). Breakfast leaves much to be desired.
7.0 Good
Cons: I was dissapointed since hotel's website pictures do not match reality. The room looks way bigger and all pictures show balcony. The room i got - room 118 - was small and no balcony. The pool Bar was really poor. Looked poor and had nothing nice to offer
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Yehuda was clean, well-designed, and the staff was great. It's close to the Biblical Zoo, which we took our 2-year old to, and he loved it.
Cons: It's a bit far from the Old City
6.8 Good
Pros: Hotel is located in a very quite location outside the city (western side), felt safe and secure. Lovely and clean hotel property with decent sized bedroom with comfy beds/pillows. Delicious breakfast served every morning with a wide spread. We enjoyed the surrounding greenery and the swimming pool. ATM on-site is quite handy and helpful.
Cons: Location, although in a quiet location, it is outside the city, so you need a taxi to travel anywhere outside the hotel and it adds to your expense (atleast 60 -70 INS). Staff don’t appear that friendly or service oriented, especially the ones in the front office/reception. Dinner/Food that we ordered from lobby bar tasted awful (Pizza, Pasta), complete opposite to breakfast quality. We felt the overall price we paid for our stay was quite high compared to the facilities and service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, courteous stall, excellent dining, highly recommended!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very clean, nice scenery
Cons: Was far away from the old city
