The villas and suites range in size from Cotai Pool Suites with twin or king-size beds to Signature Pool Suites, Spa Sanctuary Suites, Pool Villas, and Presidential Suites with room for two to six guests. Even the smaller suites offer a large living area and spacious relaxation pool along with a custom wooden bathtub. Rooms also come with bathrobes, in-suite safes, alarm clocks, beach towels, hairdryers, bathroom amenities, hangers, sewing kits, and a pillow menu.

Guests also have access to DVD players, CD players, televisions with other 70 channels, stereo systems, and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. All visitors also have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the on-site health club, and the Grand Resort Deck. The hotel also offers in-room dining and babysitting services for guests.

There are two restaurants at the resort, along with cabana dining and destination dining experience. Everything from seafood to steak and Thai cuisine is available for guests to enjoy. The Banyan Lounge offers all-day dining as well as afternoon tea while Belon serves premium seafood and grill foods. Saffron offers Thai cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Destination dining can be found at the Banyan Tree Macau.
