Pros: This is a nice hotel but far from everything. The building is well built and floors are quiet. Unlike other hotels like the Holiday Inn Express you could not hear anything in the room. Many of these other hotels, you could hear the thumping from others walking in the hallway, the rooms next door or above. Not at the Hyatt Place.
They had a bar downstairs which was very convenient. And, we ordered a small pizza and desert...both were good.
I also liked that there was a comfy sectional in the room and the tv on the wall could be turned to the sofa area or the bed.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner. The sink in the wet bar area was dirty and the shower area could have been cleaned better.
Pros: Extremely cordial staff, met every need, extremely clean, quiet, loved that there were apples availables as a quick snack on the way out the door
Pros: It had a bar downstairs and an interesting layout.
Cons: Not as close to Nashville as I would have liked and the room was very damp (our bathing suits never dried).
Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast, featuring customized breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits with an assortment of juices, milk, and Seattle's Best Coffee, available daily.
Pros: Great customer service. Excellent French Toast on Sour Dough!
Pros: Great Hotel and don't forget to go to nearby Chef's Kitchen for some stellar food
Cons: Internet speed wasn't great and for 2 days access to basic sites, to include Marriott.com weren't accessible.
Water heaters were replaced which isn't bad but they amount of sludge and icky stuff that had to be discharged from room sink and bathtub/shower was gross. It would have been nice for the staff to run flush the water in each room while guests were out.
Pros: Comfort, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the showerhead
Cons: Can't say anything negative.
Pros: The staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Guests staying near me were loud late at night
Pros: Thde place was good nice staff, easy to find, great pool and nice lobby. The only problem was it was not clean as it should have been. There was thick dust on the end tables showing it had not even been wipped off in a long while,
Cons: I think the price of breakfast was crazy as so many hotels offer the same stuff for free
Pros: Big rooms
Cons: Uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, bad location

Cons: 2 of our pillows had a horrible chemical/body odor type smell to them. We called the front desk and the front desk said they would be switched out while we were gone out for the night. When we returned the pillows were still in our room, we called the front desk back and they were finally switched out.
We have stay in this hotel before and never had an issue.
While eating breakfast the ladies cleaning/putting out the food were nice to guests but just talked super loud and the room kind of echoed, making it hard to hear the person you were having a conversation with at your table at times.

Cons: Breakfast was Little Debbie cakes and coffee.... Shampoo and conditioner was in one pack and not very good..... The internet WiFi was perfect though.... Cable was great too.... $79.00 was high, especially since Kayak offered the room for $65.00 and after taxes is not $79.00
Pros: Price, location, staff
Cons: Bugs, moldy, smoky smell in room
Pros: I like how clean it was.
Cons: No wifi!!! No wifi!!

Cons: The bed frame moved/rolled. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. Shower water pressure was low.
Cons: Lack of cleanliness. Had odor in room.
Pros: check in staff were very nice and friendly.
Cons: rooms are partially updated; paint had patches on walls and was a errie blood red color. The room was fairly clean except for the floors; faux wood vinyl that looked partially clean. Beds were covered in plastic under the sheets; not comfortable. Sink was new; bathtub older with a leaning toilet. No iron; no blow dryer. Paid way too much for quality.

Pros: room is updated and clean. Close to freeway on ramp. Thats about it. This is an old outdated motel with updated rooms. C Minus at best.
Cons: located behind a fast food restaurant, traffic noise, outside entry, luggage noise outside of room, trucks and cars. Not well sound proofed from outside noise.

Pros: Pool was clean and cold. Motel was close to freeway and restaurants. Staff was friendly; some of them just don't like to clean though.
Cons: Gross gross gross. I'm not picky; i just needed a clean place to sleep. We could not even sleep with all the bugs crawling around.
Had to wash our own sheets after friend was bit by flea. Found another flea in my bed. Stained sheets/cigarette burns. BLOODSTAINS ON CARPET! Front door had trouble closing. Bathroom door would not shut. Pubes in bathtub and on towels. Carpet was generally dirty with open mustard packet and condom wrapper on floor. Room appeared to have not been cleaned in months. Another guest told us he had the same problem - filthy room, with pubes on the sheets. Apparently pets are allowed on the first floor, and they don't clean up after them.
Cons: Awful, dirty, smelly, glad I didn't get a disease

Pros: I never right reviews but I feel I need to warn others about this hotel. I was traveling with my teenage son and I was scared for us to stay there. We checked in and let me tell you the room/ hotel looks nothing like any of the pictures. The floor looked like someone took and dumped buckets of water everywhere, the comforters looked like they never been washed and there was urine in the toilet. We were in the room for two minutes and left. The desk clerk said they had to check to make sure I didn't take anything but couldn't do it at that moment because he was the only one there. Like I would EVER take anything from that room. He finally cancelled our reservations so my son and I could find a different safer hotel.
Pros: Well, there were two beds.
Cons: Wifi but no internet. Smoke detector lying on a shelf disconnected, with wires dangling from the ceiling. Absolute code violation, especially in a smoking room. Toilet still had urine in it from previous tenant. Front desk staff indifferent when informed of all this. Car hauler taking up 8 parking spaces. Mold in bathroom on the ceiling above the tub. Missing towel rack with holes in wall where it once was. Would like my money back. Will not stay at another Days Inn if this is what I can expect. ,Wifi but no internet. Enjoy your visit to Goodlettsville with a stay at Days Inn - Goodlettsville. Guests can splash around at the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. There's a seasonal outdoor pool, and rooms offer free WiFi and free wired Internet.
Pros: There was a fridge, microwave, nice tv, and beautiful shower in the room.
Cons: The blankets and sheets had cigarette burns in them. The non-smoking room was filled with a strong smoke smell.
Pros: Great value - king size bed with fridge and microwave and a continental breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Cons: Cleanliness - there was a piece of breakfast cereal on the floor in my room when I arrived. The seat of the chair had little to no support. The bathtub water would only turn on hot or cold - nothing in between like warm. I had to mess with it to give warm water. During this time I discovered the drain was very slow and I had several "floaties" in the water before I ever got it the shower. I asked them to fix the tub the next day which they didn't and I had another shower with over 2 inches of water in the tub on the 2nd morning. They had bread on the first morning and ran out the next. When I asked about bread for toast I was told they were out. I asked what kind of provision they were making for bread for the next morning and was told they were leaving a note. They didn't have bread the next day either. The door to the room sticks and I had to thump it with my hip to open it from the outside and jerk it from the inside to get out.

Pros: There was not anything about this hotel that we liked.
Cons: We did not like anything about it.
Cons: I didn't like that I made a reservation and the person I checked in with informed me there were no single rooms and I had to pay the difference for a double bed even though I reserved way in advanced.
Pros: Great location, several places to eat and shop
Cons: The door would not shut, no hot water, dirty room, the fridge had dead bugs, and rodent dropping caked inside of it. I got sick from how gross this fridge was..when I called, I had to call over and over to get an answer, than the girl was rude. Save your
Pros: the availability and location
Cons: The rooms were dirty. Switched a few times. Spider webs, june bugs, cracks in all the walls. Very old fridges and most do not have a microwave. The drawers were busted and so was the universal remote.
Pros: It has a nice location easy to get to from Interstate but tucked back into a shopping area to be away from traffic noise across from a Kmart and it was and close to food and gas...room was clean and nice and breakfast area from 7 to 9 AM
Cons: at 8pm you have to check in at the night window the clerk seemed like he could have been more friendier but took care of everything good
Cons: It was horrible and disrespectful. There were bugs in EVERY room. Their were flying bugs crawling from the blinds, my partner had already killed 3 of them. Spiders in the beds. Moved us to 4 disgusting rooms. Even downsized us to a queenrm. No refund gvn.
Cons: Everything. The smell, cigarette burns in the comforter, the grungy mini fridge, and finally the roach that crawled out of the bed. Went and tried to get a refund but it was apparently against hotel policy to give one if you are there for more than 10 min
Cons: we booked 1 king bedroom non-smoking. When we arrive the room was in not good shape and it was full of cigarettes smell. The blanked had few cigarettes holes too.
Pros: price good room clean
Pros: The location is perfect! Everything I needed was in walking distance from the hotel.
Cons: 1 bed bug, but that's my only complaint.

Guests will enjoy free wireless internet and free onsite parking. Standard rooms feature free wireless internet access, cable TV with extra stations, air conditioning, alarm clock / radio, free local calls.
Pros: I did like the comforters on the beds and how it looked like they had redone our room. The tv was new and still had the plastic on it. The shower did look brand new.
Cons: Now the bad..... The comforters were white so very easy to see stains. Went to lay down and found fresh blood that may have been a few days old on our comforter. Disgusting and creeped me out. Then after inspecting the other bed and laying down you could see under the computer desk. There looked to be a dog collar with long human hair hanging from the bottom of the desk. There were two different remotes for the tv, one to change the channel and one to change the volume, clocks weren't set (not really that big of a deal), blood on the computer desk chair. What looked to be about 20 different pubic hairs in the shower and in the bathroom floor. DISGUSTING. The heater blew out very cold air even when it was turned completely up. When we got there we had to call to check in and stand outside for about 10 minutes before they came to the door. Then when we went to check out it was the same thing, there was a sign on the door that said call this number. Now what would you do if someone who didn't have a phone needed to check in. This place needs better cleaning staff. It's disgusting and I will never be staying there again. However, I still stayed because my mother was in CCU and on life support so I really had no choice with lack of funds and a 7 hour drive to get there.
