location, size of room, quality of room breakfast included the carpets in the hallways need to be replaced immediately. it is a shame because the rest of the hotel is terrific.
Location Wifi kept cutting out. Phone for staff was always busy so you have to go all the way down to get help with the wifi, and after a few minutes it would start cutting out again. Also if the weather is bad, the hotel does nothing to discourage Taxis from price gouging. It should be 46-52 pesos to MOA, but you'll be charged 100+ because the hotel does nothing. H2O won't allow Taxis on their property if they overcharge the guests, and these guys could learn from their example.
I was mislead about the location. I thought it's within the shopping mall of asia but walking it would take at least 20 mins-25 mins from the mall to the hotel.Some more we have to passed the parking lot which is not so safe to walk to in the night. Service is also not that good.Also, i thought the promo price on the web as $70.00 is already the nett price but surprisingly when we paid the Front desk said that we still have to pay some taxes and we are not given a detailed receipt of the total amount paid.There is no slippers in the room and no bottled water not like the hotels in Indonesia and Malaysia that we are offered a welcome drink.
It's very accessible to the airport, shopping mall and restaurant. Breakfast is good. Every thing is new in the room. Its quite to sleep at night.
It's near the shopping area.. I don't want the tile floors especially if it's newly mopped anf skiddy after using the bathroom...also the car parking spaces are too narrow...also,it would be nice if there will be available complimentary bottled water ready inside the room,guests don't need to go out right after checking-in

Easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Slow service and lack of personnel in the restaurant area, especially during breakfast time.
Pool area and the one staff member there was nice. Oh, and the food was top notch. Aside from that, and the facility, I was not impressed. Mostly just frustrating. They told us "no" way too many times for any place in the hospitality industry. To be fair, we're not that needy. They're just a bit too strict for their own good. For one, they refused to give us free wifi access until we had reluctantly signed up to be part of the Hilton rewards club. Also, if you like to enjoy the occasional smoke, this place is similar to a hospital in that you will be told to move elsewhere if you're not in the one place they allow smoking.
