The door was opened for us just at closing time when personnel could have said "we are closed'. The agent who took back the car rented in Columbia was the same one who rented the next to me. His name is Mr Kelly. He was extremely courteous and helpful.6.4 Okay

Check in was a little bumpy. The main person had an appointment and the person who was suppose to fill in didnt show up to work. I had to wait over an hour, but once he started it was a very quick and seamless process.5.6 Fair
