Pros (+) Clean room and convenient location. Nice common areas. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. The best price for the overpriced area.
Cons (-) This location has under gone a half hearted renovation. The price doesn't match the quality. The layout of the property is odd and there are no rooms with good views. Some of the furniture is banged up. The water temperature is difficult to control in the sinks. Sewer gas smells would come from the bathroom drains at night. Lower levels can hear movement from upper levels.
