Pros (+) Good breakfast and staff
Cons (-) Make the lobby temp warmer. It was freezing and not comfortable. Hallway rugs are worn and need replacing. Looks like some upgrades are being done. Had to get another room because light fixture in room had an incessant buzz.

Pros (+) Convenient location is about it.
Cons (-) The beds were SO bad. Old, uncomfortable, not many pillows. Duvets were dingy and looked like the hadn’t been cleaned. The shower did not work well—hot Ware was sporadic. The carpets throughout the hotel were SO dirty. Looked as if they were rarely cleaned and never vacuumed. The AC system was awful. It did not remove the humidity from the air even when set on the lowest temp/highest fan setting. ...

Gary (Dino), Nov 2016 - Long Beach Marriott
Pros (+) Comfortable rooms, oversized, modern day TVs and available electrical outlets
Cons (-) Dusty lamps - every one them. House keeping cut corners, this one day, and hopefully, this one room only.

Good
Cody, Jul 2016 - Marriott Long Beach Downtown
Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and nice.
Cons (-) The price was high for what you get at the hotel. I have stayed in very nice hotels that offer a more luxurious feel. Also, there were protesters there outside the main entrance almost every morning around 0700. You could easily hear them and it was quite obnoxious.

Pros (+) The hotel itself was beautiful, and edgy.
Cons (-) Everything was an additional charge and expensive. I've stayed in NY and never thought i'd see pancakes sold at $15. I also would expect a hotel to include wi-fi. Water for $5???

Pros (+) Great staff and room
Cons (-) you have to pay for wifi, business center, copies etc. I also expect a free breakfast for a room that costs that much.
