Room was large and clean - nice deck. I didn't like the AC system however, the room was either very hot and stuffy (when it was off) switching to very cold (when it was on). Gym is well-appointed but was quite a hike from my room, and crowded - need to get there early.

Communication with housekeeping staff was difficult at times. Room service was excellent except choices after 11pm were poor. Lobby bar needs more food choices beside sushi. Everything else was amazing. Can't wait to return.

Pros (+) My family and I loved the pool area.
Cons (-) I had a 3 day 2 night stay and they didn’t clean my room not once while staying there even when I requested to have it clean at 4:30 on July 8th which was my daughters birthday. Also while leaving there was a long line so I walked over to Jeff to ask him if I had to stay in line to check out and he was extremely disrespectful. I’m not interested to stay there for that price with staff that have no...

Pros (+) My children had a great time at the pool. They enjoyed it very well. Overall stay was great. We had the view towards the pool and it was an amazing view.

Pros (+) The pool was very big and spacious.
Cons (-) The a/c at night was a bit warm and one of the days before leaving was gloomy therefore the pool was cold when we were told it somewhat had a heater. But overall it wasn’t a big deal and the hotel was very nice.

Cons (-) Room service was not good, had difficulty to have them cleaning room one day they did not clean the room, sometimes they clean the room but they dont put drinking water, even sometimes ask the housekeeping to bring water, but they dont bring.
