Jennifer, Sep 2025 - Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
Hotel staff were not clear with instructions or attentive. I called to have a bell hop bring us a cart at check out and after waiting 15 minutes we just carried them down ourselves.

Fiona, Sep 2023 - Chicago Marriott Ohare

Cons (-) Prices in restaurant and bar were excessive - very excessive. But hotel is not convenient to restaurants. Best to walk down the street to the large grocery and buy your own food - but no microwave or refrigerator.

Ravi, Jun 2017 - Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
Pros (+) Location , location and location
Cons (-) Extremely crowded and very noisy ( possibly because NHL draft weekend) - it was almost like a busy fish market with so many people crammed in the lobby.. we had hard time navigating through the crowd to reach elevators on both days. Parking is another pain we had to deal with - primarily because of location . Amenities in the room are nothing to boast - but very comfortable bed ( typical Marriott)...
