Pros (+) The room was clean, better than I expected. It was just me staying one night and I was comfortable. I didn't try out the continental breakfast, but the WiFi and Cable were great! I'd stay here again if I needed to.

Pros (+) I liked that I could easily control the temperature of the room and park close to my room entrance. I also liked that for those who want a hot breakfast there is a Biscuitville directly across the street! The bed was comfortable for one night, too soft for multiple nights.
Cons (-) The television reception was poor, the picture was grainy. This isn't the fault of the tv set itself, it is due to low signal signal strength. There were many lights in the room, but the room didn't feel well lit. I slept with ear plugs in so I can not speak for how quiet the rooms are.
