Pros. Industrial, minimalistic, loft style, clean lines and square like building and interiors clean exterior and great breakfast included with your stay. This is a practical place to stay for business and short term visits. Rooms have comfortable bed and pillows, separate shower and tub. Not a family oriented place. Very service oriented staff.
Cons. Hand rails on the walkway to rooms are flimsy and open at the bottom. Although this is may be the look of the hotel it poses a danger for adults and children. (I would never stay here with children). Staff is great but they only have a few people to take care of the gests and the front desk. This makes services very slow.
Cons. I read other reviews of this hotel canceling nights during someone’s stay and such but still booked a room. The day before my stay, they say that my credit card did not go through and I needed to change it. I know the credit card number was good because it is tied to my online account. No problem, I can give another card but they canceled my room at the same time and were 100% booked so I was stuck without a room. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE and do not support their shady practices.
Pros. Estetically beautiful boutique hotel
Cons. Check in process was slow, didn't make me aware that everyday you need to get a new room key, either had bed bugs or use horribly intense cleaner for the bedding, loud Europeans in a group and security didn't care to ask to be quiet, walls are very thin, like the party next door was happening in my room and didn't stop until 7am, hookers and drunk foreigners all over hotel...were more concerned about making sure you paid for mini bar items eaten...when I complained, nothing was offered, not even an apology, with a million beautiful airbnb offerings in the area for less money, why would anyone stay here?? This hotel makes me remember exactly why I hate hotels. They even asked who was with me as though she was a hooker, ummm, not a hooker, my girlfriend. There is so much more but I'd like to forget about this place forever. Too bad, the property is great.
Pros. Free breakfast with a view!
Cons. BEWARE. This hotel overbooks their rooms online. Just because you have been emailed a confirmation does not mean you're guaranteed a room when you arrive.
Pros. Proximity to el Poblado and Lleras was excellent.
Pros. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of my concerns. They front desk was amazing!
Cons. I didn't like the fact that a restaurant was being built on the top floor and there was nothing mentioned about it at the time of the reservation. Construction started at 7 am and you could hear all the noise in the room. This forced to me transfer hotels at the last minute and I am still waiting for my full refund.
Pros. Daniel was the only good employee I encounntered.
Cons. Rude staff, was falsely accused of consuming items from minibar, hotel has a discotec outside the window, and it does not close until 4am. So stay here if you dont care about resting or sleeping. Breakfast staff is pathetic and lazy. AC was not cold until last nites stay. The hotel staff started repairing something at 630 am and was hammering outside my room...this was after the discotec finally closed at 4am..total lack of consideration for guests. The cleaning staff allowed me 1 tiny bar of soap for a 4 nite stay..lwhat the heck is that? Do yourself a favor and stay at a better hotel nearby.
Pros. Great location, close, but not too close to the nightlife. Professional and friendly staff. Clean and secure. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and it set the mood for what turned out to be a great trip to Medellin.
Cons. No complaints, but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room towards the back on the weekends, seems like most of Medellin comes to the area to party, til 4 am, good times.
Pros. I loved the warm welcome and friendly service of the staff
