Pros (+) Super cute hotel! The staff was very nice. They even explained to us that the hotel used to be used by the Army in the 1930's and we felt it gave the hotel so much more character. There's a courtyard in the middle of the hotel with life size chess, a hammock, Jenga, and picnic tables. And the rooftop pool was gorgeous to watch the sunset from!
Pros (+) I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. It was located in a great spot. a little away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Drive but only really a block or two away so you were still within walking distance. Great pool! Happy hour specials and Breakfast included!

Pros (+) the hotel exceeds all expectations. The best value in south beach and the workers are the friendliest people I met my whole time in south beach. The concierge Jason also helped my fiancée and I feel really welcomed.
Pros (+) We loved the roof top pool and cabana's. The view from up there was great. The welcome drink and free rum punch was nice. We liked the beach club as well.

Cons (-) The toilet didn't work and from the base it was flooding the floor in the bathroom it took them a day an a haft to fix it. Then air conditioning started flooding the ceiling causing water damage an a smell of mildew and it started leaking from the ceiling. I was there for 2 nights and each night was hell. No manager was on duty so they couldn't fix my problems.
