I liked that it was on the beach. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was ideal if you're looking for an authentic Southbeach experience.
I didn't like being so close to Nikki Beach because the music could be heard in our room from 6 AM to midnight. The food at the hotel was way overpriced ($22 per person for an average breakfast and $16 for a mixed drink!!) I also didn't care for the tiny pool, but the beach made up for it.
Snobby attitudes. Just didn't seem very welcoming
the reception staff are not so helpful.
Bathrooms are beautifully decorated but not safe. The glass doors at shower do not close properly and there are no handles to hold on to. My daughter fell in the shower and broke her toe. Hotel staff was very helpful but not a word from the administration.
the staff were helpfull, and it was ideal for seeing the art deco area. the resterant was very good, i could not falt this hotel.
