9.7 Wonderful
Pros:The location was excellent. It was close to the areas I wanted to visit. The hotel had the art deco charm I was looking for. Check in was really easy, more hotels should adopt this technique.
Cons:The walls were paper thin. I heard housekeeping knock on the neighboring doors in the morning. Outside of that, the stay was great.
8.0 Very good
Pros:excellent staff. very clean. nice breakfast buffet for $14/person. wonderful location
Cons:no noise cancellation.
3.1 Poor
Cons:I've stayed in hotels for the past 25 years. This was one of my worst experience. My room had 2 queen sized beds and it was the smallest room I've ever seen. After fitting 2 queen beds there was no space left to even walk. Smallest side tables which can not be used for anything. Small closet, the doors of which won't open. Miniscule bathroom. They charge $10 resort fee per day which includes towels and beech chairs. When I asked for extra towels, the front desk lady sternly mentioned "you have already taken 4 (when I had taken only 2 and wanted 2 more) and refused to give anymore). Jose at The front desk was very helpful and always smiling otherwise this is a rip off. No pool, awful drinks and nothing else I would recommend. Stay away from this place. I had horrible experience. Hope you don't!!!
8.0 Very good
Pros:Nice rooms, great staff
Cons:They made us pay a resort fee per night that was not optional. Unfortunately it rained our entire trip, so we could not use the beach chairs or towels, but I was still charged anyway. ALSO. There is no pool. It is very misleading because it stated there was, but it is not built yet.
5.7 Fair
Pros:Nicely Decorated Good Location
Cons:Was on floor 3 and could always hear the people moving around upstairs. They didn't clean the bathrooms too well... Let us without toilet paper for a day.
9.4 Wonderful
Pros:Great decor and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons:Rooms were on the small side and the bathroom was tiny.
9.6 Wonderful
Pros:Excellent service
