Pros (+) Nice, refreshing, clean, quiet pool. Best 'inclusive' breakfast I have ever had. Happy hour every day was great. Beach access was excellent. Room was like new. Half the price of hotels next door!
Pros (+) The service provided by the staff was great, they were very nice, helpful, friendly and polite. the location of the hotel was also very good.
Cons (-) out of the 4 days that I was at the hotel w/my daughter we only asked once for the room to be cleaned and the both bed sheets were not changed and no toiletries were added. if the hotel management can work w/ the proper staff to get this matter resolved then i would not found anything to complaint about.
