I am accustomed to a certain level of professionalism and integrity when staying at Holiday Inns and the IHG Group. This was not present at the Mill Valley Holiday Inn. The complimentary breakfast included eggs and bacon with the usual carbo offerings. The eggs were clearly powdered-a little runny and a completely uniform texture.
